After shopping around for a few company, only Shade zone provide us the best services with the reasonable price. Max and his team provided us excellent, and professional services with honest price. They provided a initial measurement, then clean up before the new windows installation, then second measurement after the new winos install for the reassurance for proper fitting before the final ordered of our shades. After the installation, they provide a proper clean up and provided us a fellow up inspections to ensure we are happy with the service and installations. The installation team arrived

We stumbled upon Shadezone after having a poor interaction with one of their competitors (resulting in us needing to take our business elsewhere). Max and team provided a great experience. Wow a big thank you to Max and Erika for helping find the blinds that I wanted.
They came out for a free and quick estimate to get the exact measurements and then placed our order. About 4-5 weeks later we had our blinds installed by Max and his teammate who were friendly, quick and thorough in their install and explaining how the blinds worked and how they are maintained.

Shadezone was able to provide us with exceptional, professional and honest service. There was no pressure on his end for what we opted to go with for our home. He and his crew came to install in one day and was very courteous. We have a lot of trades at our new home so when I saw them clean up after themselves I was amazed. We were wary about buying new Blinds for the huge windows in our Condo as we had been disappointed with other companies in both our previous family home and the bedrooms and study in this Condo. I called around to a few suppliers and got the same Sales Pitch, none seemed to have premises, all in home service.
I called ShadeZone and was pleasantly surprise to be invited to their Showroom, at a very handy location.
The showroom is state of the art, with samples, installed items for demo and such a pleasant and knowledgeable Sales Lady.

From start to finish, everything was first class. Max was extremely helpful in showing and describing the products available for skylight shades. We needed something to filter the light and also cool things down from direct sunlight. Max was courteous, friendly and professional, and installed the skylight shades within the promised timeframe, and left the area spotless afterwards. Everything was done with care, backed up with a warranty for both the product and the installation. The shades look great! Thank you Max! I would highly recommend this company.

From the initial meeting to the final installation, they offer top quality service throughout the entire process. From the time we called their store to inquire about some Roller Shades, we were impressed with the level of expertise and quick answers given over the phone without feeling rushed or unwelcome. We visited their showroom to look at some options and we were really amazed by the selection of blinds they carry and the great customer service they have. We had visited other places in the last few month while shopping for blinds and we cannot compare the prices and service given. They're personable and make their customers feel welcome. I was looking around for screens for my balcony door and 3 windows for my condo so I did a search , and this company came up in my general area. I'm glad I checked them out. I went to their office, met Max and told him what I was looking for. Max came over, measured the door and windows, and when they were ready delivered and installed them, they fit like a glove. I'm quite happy with the product and the company, and I certainly know who to go to for any blind or shade-screens drapes in the future. They have lots of product, and explain things very well. I had zebra blinds installed on all the windows in my Coal Harbour condo, and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
