Originally I posted my 1 star rating immediately following their work at my home (and 3 returns to address concerns after they installed it).
The communication was terrible and unprofessional (an understatement) - don't criticize their work!
One year later, I'm here to update this review. If I could rate ZERO Stars, I would.
I had another company, one winter/11 months later, come to my house to correct all the installation work and PVC pipe work that was initially done.
I would not recommend this company.
I will even go as far to suggest others have the work inspected that they did. Rated

Carlos and his team were absolutely fantastic!! We had someone else in before them to install new ductwork, but was all done incorrectly. Performance heating and air came in and saved the day!! All at a VERY reasonable price!! Even gave us some names of other contractors to help us finish our basement!! We will definitely be using them for anything in the future! Thanks Carlos, Jeff, Dan and the other 2 men I did not catch their names!! Very much appreciated your hard work to get the air running at a much better flow. I highly recommend this company!!

Chad was amazing and very professional. He stayed until he knew the furnace was running properly. We never felt like he was rushed. He took his time, and explained everything that he was doing. GREAT JOB CHAD!!

You will never find better customer service than this company. Carlos prices are very reasonable and he is quick to respond to your needs.
They call when they say they will. They show up when they say they will. They are always eager to help and are always available to answere questions. If they don't provide particular service they will make a recommendation you can trust. I have never been so impressed with a business.

I had gas lines run for a new stove and dryer. Carlo was very personable, friendly and professional. He was on time to give me a quote and even explained what needed to be done. Cody and his partner were also also on time for install and were very quick and cleaned up when they were done. I especially loved the text alerts reminding of the appointment, approximately when they would arrive, even when they were on their way. They came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend them!
