The staff was friendly and the technician was very friendly, but the price was way too high.
I asked how much was it prior to the service was done and they could not tell me.
Once the job was finished, BTW a 40 min job, they charged me 421 dollars.
I found that extremely expensive.
Never using them again.

I called ideal in the morning with a Sump Pump issue, by early afternoon they were on site. The customer service was excellent, both with the person who took my call and with the actual plumber who came to my house. He took the time to explain what the root cause of my issue was and his suggested repair. The repair was done immediately. Very satisfied with this experience and I plan to use them if required in the future.

We needed someone to install our new gas stove. The oven took 5 months to come in (Covid-19 supply back -up issues). I called a few companies and one was booking 1 1/2 weeks out, another was not accepting install calls because they "had enough service calls". Ideal Plumbing was able to book me within two days. They came exactly on time, completed the work quickly, were polite and professional, and charged exactly what they quoted me. I can't ask for better than that. I will be using them for AC/Heating and plumbing in the future for sure. I highly recommend them.

5 stars for incredibly fast and professional service. Our dishwasher was leaking and it leaked all under our hardwood. We called Ideal and Tyler was there within the hour to fix the leak. He was incredibly friendly, professional, very mindful and respectful of COVID protocols and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing work done!!

I contacted 3 local companies for an estimate to change over the natural gas connection on my BBQ. Ideal Plumbing was the only company to respond. They not only came quickly to complete the estimate, they performed the service on the spot and did not charge me. I was completely shocked. Thank you!

Absolutely no support on the warranty of their products. Our central air is less than 2 years old, and since the first inspection we have waited over a month, with 80+ F temperatures, for the replacement. It does not make any sense that a company like this, does not have more inventory or even a spare unit to help their customers while we wait. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this company. They only care about the sale and will not maintain any kind of service after that.

My dad’s drainage laundry pump stopped working and water was backing up in his laundry sink and washing machine. I googled plumbers in the area and started calling.
The first number went to voice mail, the second number was out of service, the third and fourth numbers answered their phones with “Hello?”. I had to ask them if they were a plumbing company. Both said yes. The first guy said he couldn’t even talk to me about coming out because he wasn’t available for at least a week and a half. The second guy said he would have to have his boss call me because he didn’t make the decisions

Great job! I needed a full sewer replacement, sump pump, and backwater valve. They were here for 3 days, did a fantastic job, and didn't charge a penny over the quote. John, Dan, and everyone who worked on the project were really nice to be around. The ladies in the office were always easy to get a hold of with any questions and very helpful too. Mark, the owner, came by at the end of the whole project and pressure washed any remaining debris in the section under the sidewalk and then put a camera down to make sure nothing was left at all. With a huge project like this there are so many things

Terrible and scam like , had an issue with my AC freezing up under warranty and all they did was change the filter and charge me a 120 dollar service call , when the lady on the phone could have told me there would be a charge and a to probably change the filter my self when I returned home from work , very in professional and when I called to discuss my bill I got no where , will never use the again

There have been several situations where our extended family has encountered plumbing and heating difficulties in both their family homes and businesses and ideal has found a way to fix these issues at an affordable price. In my experience this was the most unprofessional company I have ever used. They came in to do my sewer turned off my services and then left early in the day because a little rain... then told me they won't come back for a few days, leaving me without water and sewer for multiple days during the hottest part of the summer. They left all the excavated soil all over city sidewalks, streets and and neighbors drive way, which I had to clear of because they bagged off early for the day. The only reason they came back the next day is because I reamed out one of the receptionists. I work for
