We ask for 18”high toilet and we got 16 1/2” we noticed after the installation the price of this toilet was double same toilet at Home Depot both American Standard and 2 inch higher. We called them and they said that we agreed over the phone. Yes, but $660. Compared to $325. For the same toilet. THAT STILLING. THEY SAID WE ARE STUCK WITH IT. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.

We hade a agreement over the phone for 18" high toilet. They installed a 16" with out telling us. Price for the toilet was $667.00 American standard, we found a18"
at Home Depot for $320.00 The installed. The same brand. When we called the about the situation. The said you have agreed over the phone and we don't deal with these companies because they are not good product. American standard is. An American standard doesn't matter where you buy it. SO NO GUARANTEE SERVICE.

Couldn't say anything better about these guys. Drove over 2 hrs to help us in a bind for a main line break. Called dozens of other plumbers for us to try and connect us with someone closer. Got here and completed the job with ease. Super nice guys. Would recommend to anyone!

Our septic pump stopped working late on a Sunday night, and after calling many of the "24 hour emergency plumbers" most of them never even responded! Monday morning after calling about a dozen plumbers all booking 1-2 weeks in advance, I finally called Hello Plumber Inc. Sarah was awesome and had the guys out Tuesday morning, who had me up and running in 1.5 hours! Great service, and great people!!

Hello Plumber went above and beyond our expectations. We had a complicated well issue that they were able to resolve. They worked through rough outdoor conditions and even came on a weekend. When I called they tried to get to me same day but were not able to so booked me at there soonest time the next day. There plumber josh showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. He was able to figure out the issue and location of the septic tank very quickly and fixed the issue just as efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need. The price is fair and special tools are extra but well worth it.
