Very helpful and honest on the phone with my enquiry. They guided me to right hot water size/type system even though there were more expensive options available. I agreed to have the job carried out and they turned up right on time when they said they would. The job was completed promptly and excellent high workmanship. There was no mess left anywhere. There were no surprise extra-costs or anything. A year has gone by and everything is still perfect. It was definitely the right system for us. Highly recommend these guys.

Our 15 year old hot water service started leaking+ just before Christmas, rang Logan Plumbing services and within 24 hours we had a new hot water service installed . Thank- you to the awesome team at Logan Plumbing - prompt quote, good advice and very professional from the office to the installation. Good communication re costs and timing of installation.

We had a problem with our hot water system which kept tripping out our switch. I contacted Logan Plumbing at 5:45pm and had a prompt response from Ray who organised a service call by one of their friendly and knowledgeable plumbers Jarrad to replace the element and thermostat first thing in the morning. I would like to commend Logan Plumbing for their efficiency, professionalism and help. An awesome local company who I highly recommend. Thank you. 🙌🏻

Absolutely recommend them! Karen from customer service is wonderful to deal with and communication with them was excellent. Had a hot water system issue and they came out the same day and resolved it efficiently. Stuart is friendly and honest, also helped fix a dripping bathroom sink tap as well. Reasonably priced too! Definitely my go to plumbers for any future issues!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Logan Plumbing. We needed a new hot water system and in less than 24 hours Logan Plumbing had assessed the problem with old one, provided a quote, which was very reasonable considering the urgency, and had the new one installed. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. We will be calling on their services again if needed for any plumbing problems.

Honest, prompt and professional - highly recommend. Had problems with our hot water unit. Another plumber came out and told us it was not repairable. Quoted $2319 to replace. Called Logan Plumbing for second quote. Lovely tradesman came out same day and advised unit WAS repairable. Repaired straight away at a fraction of the cost (my first time reviewing but wanted to share as am so happy with outcome).
