We had a surround with shelves installed and tub reglazed in December 2020. The initial consult went well and the staff seemed knowledgeable. There were a couple mishaps during the install that I brought to their attention, most of which were resolved. Contrary to the website assurances, our freshly painted bathroom was chipped in areas when the installer carried in the surround. However, the gentleman who did the project did not seem particularly concerned with our satisfaction with his work, and also frankly seemed a little annoyed he had to come back to fix a couple of things. We love our new bathtub! We had Beautiful Baths come in for a free estimate, they measured the space and went through all of our options with us. They had great payment options and our installer was professional and friendly. There were two installers the first day and one for the second to just complete the finishing touches. They had someone from the company come for an inspection before completing another inspection with us before signing off on the completed job. We would absolutely recommend beautiful baths!

We just got our 20 years old bathroom completely remodeled by beautiful bath. The full project from the quote request to the final completed payment was so easy. It was just like it was done in a day by someone who just read my mind. It took a week and I still can’t believe how professional the full grew was. Always on time. No mess. This spring we had our bathroom renovated by Beautiful Baths. Bringing in into today's standards and out with the 70's style. We we decided on was nothing fancy, simple but updated . We are very happy with the reno, the staff and workmanship is second to none. and I couldn't believe they would have it completed in a day, actually it didn't take all day.

Both my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product done by Beautiful baths. The installer Darcy was fantastic and kept us appraised when and if any questions needing answers to any potential hiccups. They were very professional, extremely clean, polite, courteous and friendly. I can't say any more from the excellent service provided by Chris and his team. The finished product was comparable to night and day.
The job did go over the original estimate of 2 days a little, but quite understandable, as there was a couple of hidden issues behind the walls that surprised us

From the initial consultation with Chris to the final inspection with Darcy the whole team was very professional and enjoyable to deal with. We are delighted with our beautiful new bathroom. Darcy and Paul were terrific guys, fast and very pleasant to have in the house. Aside from a few small, fixable glitches, the bath is exactly as we expected- lovely. It was on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful baths came across very well at the beginning and then failed to meet my expectations. The selection made for the bathrooms was limited and we had to source most of the items ourselves. We were interested in a proper bathroom to suit a historic home, not a room in a Holiday Inn Express. The two bathrooms that we had remodelled were generally done in a two week time period, yet there was a lot of down time due to coffee breaks, getting parts, etc.
I noted on the side of the truck that there were three locations and was later told that two of them have not been operational for a long time
