When his longing for the sea and a finely crafted beer became too much, he headed back east.

Excellent work. Dan's team has done 2 large reno's for me on a 90 year old home. His team was professional, hard-working and completed everything on time. He was adaptable and accommodating as new ideas (90 year old home issues) came up. I'm really happy with my home now. It's been brought into the 21st century both aesthetically and structurally while maintaining the old charm.

In January 2021, we began the process to find a company to renovate our kitchen, refinish our hardwood floors and fix our ceilings. We interviewed three companies. Dan and Tyler came up with the smartest design, at a reasonable cost. We were so impressed with their ideas that we chose to work with them. We booked our start date for July 5 and the… estimated work time was 6 weeks. We were so impressed that everything fell into place and that their amazing workers showed up at 8am everyday to get er done! Mother Hubbards was subcontracted to do our kitchen cabinets and we were very pleased

We originally hired Monk to build some dormers in our attic to create an extra bedroom. We ended up adding an entire third story to the house! Monk finished the job on time, and on budget (start to finish, it was just over two months! [that's fast!]. Everyone on the Monk team was courteous and professional. We will definitely use Monk again for our next major renovation project.

I have been telling all my family and friends about the fantastic work that Dan and his team at Monk Renovations have done to improve my home. We started out with renovating our main bathroom and after they were done, it became my favourite room in the house! The Monk team made everything so easy. We have hired Monk Renovations many times. During our first meeting Dan said "I respect your time and your home" very true! If Dan says he will be there at 8am he and his team are there at 7:59am. We don't want anyone else to work on our house.He also said "I'm not perfect but I'll do my best" which is pretty perfect.

Professional, friendly and on budget. Takes the time to walk you through any questions/concerns you may have. We were very happy with our experience with them. They were always on time, accommodated our needs when required, and were extremely approachable. We had them do some finish work before Christmas (baseboards, backsplash, hole patching etc.). I didn't know if they would be interested in a smaller job, but they were and were just as professional as if were a large job.
