Thank you Jim from Therm-all for coming in my house on Saturday evening and giving me very professional estimate and best price for furnace and also I was told that they will install new furnace on Monday afternoon but two young technicians come in the morning on Monday passing through snow storm and installing my new furnace. I have had these guys to my house 3 times in the past year for various electrical issues. They have been quick, efficient and very professional. Their price point was very reasonable, when they were done their work. You wouldn’t even know they were here. No clean up afterwords. Came out, gave me an estimate and arranged to do the work swiftly afterwards and even that day. I will definitely have them back for any project or everyday issues.

My garage furnace stopped working after only 15 months. We called and they sent a technician who identified the gas valve as faulty. To get us through the weekend he suggested we "whack it with a hammer"..this didn't work at all (that little "life hack" nugget cost us $150). The next technician a few days later replaced the valve and it works fine. My disappointment is that the parts are covered by warranty which in this case means we get a "free replacement" of a $50 part...but ended up paying almost $600!! Adding insult to injury, there is a $75 warranty work fee. This repair should never have

Sunday night as the sun set I realized my furnace was not working. Monday morning I called Therm-All to inspect/repair. Turned out I needed a new one. By Tuesday at noon it was installed, running and my house was warm again! The team was professional, respectful, neat, honest, quick and efficient. I can't say thank you enough for getting our home warm and toasty again. 100% recommend!

Getting HVAC installed in my home was a huge decision considering the cost is rather large - reasonably so. However, when I decided to get this system I called multiple places and decided to go with Therm-All because they were thorough and explained everything I needed to know perfectly. I was able to book a day within the week - even being offered the next - and the workers showed up on time, ready to get started. They were patient with my family who are not used to this entire thing or understand how it gets installed, so when we had to move some objects out of their way they were very considerate

My water heater blew out the bottom on New Year's weekend. I contacted Therm-All (based on a recommendation) that Sunday, and my heater was replaced the following day (Monday) by 10am! They were fantastic! They were responsive, answering the phone and all my emails even though it was a holiday weekend. They offered a fantastic price and mobilized the install the very next day. They were professional, courteous, fast and took the time to answer all my questions.
I will definitely be using them again. I was thinking about replacing furnace/AC this spring, and now I know where to go!
