We paid $4750 plus tax for the installation of the 60,000 btu furnace. Mike said that he could do the installation within a week when I called, which was good. I was just a little unsettled about doing so quick, because I didn't get time for other quotes. Mike never left us with the Commissioning sheet that is needed for the $800 Fortis rebate. I have asked for it twice since the day of the installation, and still haven't heard back from him. I also had to add supports for the plastic vent piping going from the furnace to the outside wall. ,since there was only one support in approximately 20 feet

I am having problems with my Frigidaire furnace not maintaining a full heat cycle. I had called Michael and he was available to come look at it the same day which was great. What wasn't great was his recommendation to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced and then refusal to work on my furnace without replacing the other parts that don't need replacing. I had confirmed myself that it was some sort of electrical issue, he wanted me to replace my furnace ignitor which I confirmed was working AND he confirmed it was working as well. I had to call after hours on a Sunday because our furnace wouldn't turn on after a power outage. Mike was able to come over within half an hour of calling, and fixed the problem very quickly. He was also really clear at explaining what he was doing, and what had caused the problem. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family :)
