Absolute garbage costumer service. Would give a 0 if I could. Sold me the wrong part twice, told me they would order the proper part on Monday, I called Wednesday no parts ordered and someone would have to call me the next day. Seems like there's only 2 people that can help you somewhat and they are nearly impossible to contact. Worst service will not go back. Finally called Quesnel, part was sent out that afternoon and will be here today.

I booked Fraser Plumbing for a November appointment to install a salon sink. In October the staff said that they didn’t see my appointment they rebooked it. texted the owner later to reconfirm and he confirmed November 8. Needless to say nobody showed up. I phoned to find out what was going on. They said it was due to turnover in office staff. And then they said it was due to Covid.very disappointing and now I’m not up and run and can’t get a plumber until December. I DO NOT recommend this company. I believe it used to be great but has gone downhill.

I wouldn't hire these guys to walk across the street. they are completely incompetent! we hired them to replace taps in our tub and put new powered anodes in 2 water heaters.
1- they showed up late to do the taps, didn't tell us the anodes were back ordered. the taps were installed crooked and we have almost no hot water coming out.
2- months later with no notice they call to do the anodes and tell us they will be here within an hour. 3 hours later they show up and decide that they are unable to install them and they have the wrong parts anyways.

I had a pinhole leak in the main supply line to my house - it required the city to shut the water off at the street. I also needed a very old toilet to be replaced. They sent Robert out - who was very efficient, polite and competent. He worked quickly and did a faultless job. He coordinated well with the city. He called later to ask if there was any issue. There was none.
The office accidentally overcharged me for the toilet, which was an unusual make and they don't often order that one. They rectified the bill very graciously, and said they would correct their records on that toilet so the mistake

I had Kyle and Landon from Fraser plumbing and heating fix all my plumbing problems in my new house. I feel they went above and beyond the job, making extra little fixes or updates for my convenience. They let me follow them around, answered all my questions and were very neat about the job. I highly recommend them.

Initial free consultation by Dan was encouraging, occurring within 24 hours of our inquiry. He seemed to know our fireplace set-up and offered a budget-conscious solution. One star for that.
BUT AFTERWARDS...waited a week and never received the job quote. Phoned, waited another two weeks, and still no quote. Went in to the showroom and were promised same-day quote. Three weeks later, still no word. Phoned again. The office staff said they'd get right on it, taping a post-it note to a chair. A few weeks later we phoned again. This time a return call happened within a couple hours. We were told

I am a full time RVer and my first winter in northern BC. While they were unable to help with my direct product needs they found it all for me at other dealers. They were a great resource and I could not be happier with their professionalism, courteous and friendly advice and support.
