Andrew and his team did some work on our chalet in Blue Mountains. We had an issue with our window wells flooding with water and then going into the basement. Andrew did an exploratory review and explained the situation very well and every step that would be involved to put in a big 0 pipe to improve the grading. We have used Andrew before for lighting and sprinkler systems and have always had great service and a fair price

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They were Supposed drain one of our systems for winter. And did not. We had paid them to come and do it. In the winter the water leaked into our basement. We triied contacting them and no response. I would not recommend this business to anyone. We have started with another company and are much happier.

This is a review for the Landscape Lighting services - Andrew was VERY professional & knowledgeable regarding best laid plans for landscape lighting for both our front & back yard. The end result is outstanding as was the entire process including proposal & install. We would definitely recommend Done Right should you be looking for your own Landscape Lighting!

I’ve used Done-Right for basic sprinkler system maintenance for the past several years. Their team is professional, thorough, accommodating, and can do most jobs without me being at home at a specific time. They haven’t pushed any services I don’t need but do provide great options if I ask about something new. Would highly recommend if you want to try a new sprinkler service company.

I have used Done-Right to service my sprinkler system for many years now, and have always been pleased with the service. The technicians I have dealt with have been punctual as well as very professional and very helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and to make useful suggestions. I was surprised to see that some negative reviews have been posted, as this has not been my experience at all. I certainly recommend them for all aspects of sprinkler service installation and maintenance, and I find them to be very competitively priced.

We inquired about an irrigation system installation in February 2019. Andrew and his Dad made the house call and provided a quote. The system was installed quickly and professionally in one day, with no disruption to our newly planted flowers and shrubs. Over the course of the summer because of the system, we enjoyed the loveliest gardens we have ever been able to produce!! We are very pleased with both the system & customer service of Done Right!

I have used Done-Right for our sprinkler system start-up, maintenance and winter shut-down for the past few years. We moved into our new house and I had no idea about how the system operated. Their technicians have always been great, very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and dependable. They explained how things worked and got the system working well. The dispatch is always very professional and the pricing is reasonable. I'd highly recommend them and look forward to continuing to use them in the future.
