My furnace was not working, and I called Comfort Control Heating for help. Mr. Demetris was very professional, polite, and knew his job. He was able to determine the problem with the faulty switch and fix it quickly and professionally. I will call this company and request for Mr. Demetris again. In addition to replacing 2 HVAC systems, the Confort Control team installed 2 new water heaters. They coordinated in advance, worked tirelessly during the holidays, were always courteous, and did a wonderful job for us. We highly recommend using this company.

After getting a quote from another company that said I needed to replace the entire zoning system (zone board and both dampers), Jeff from Comfort Control came out for a second opinion and he found nothing wrong with the zoning system. He did find the root cause of the problem though. So glad I called Comfort Control! If I'd gone with the other company I'd have a new zone system that I didn't need and still have the same issues I started with.

I needed a new unit installed. Jeff came out promptly and set me up for a new unit for my downstairs. When it came in Eric Ray came out to install it. They were on time, and they were courteous and very respectful. They cleaned up when they were finished and put covers over their shoes to protect my floors. They asked me about any questions I had.… Great job, guys! Comfort Control cares about their customers and does everything to keep them comfortable and satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anybody I need of a new HVAC system or repairs to an existing one.

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They delivered as promised. They did not try to push things I didn't want or need. I called my salesperson a couple times just to ask questions and he was always helpful and patient. The gentlemen who installed my unit was fast and efficient. Couldn't ask for more. I must say I'm truly satisfied with the service that I received. Ricky Fernandez was the initial technician that came out to my home and was very professional and theory. I end up needing a new heat/air condition unit so therefore the GM Jeff came out and was very helpful with my options of units that they had to offer. I made my decision and within two business days another technician by the name of Gavin came to replace my units and he did this job all by himself and he did an awesome job!! Once he completed the job he went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied with his work and

Comfort Control installed a new heating and air system in my home, they did a bang up job absolutely wonderful no complaints my old system is 14 years old the only thing negative that I can say about comfort control is that once they have your phone number and your system is installed the sales calls and text never stop. I have been text to no end and have requested to not receive any more text but these sales people are like leeches And they don’t stop!

Jordan serviced our 2 HVAC units. He took his time & was very thorough. He pointed out a few things that had wear - some good wait & a few that needed doing. An example, 1 problem calls for 2 items to be replaced; however, he said most of the time it is just 1 item that is the cause & recommended we replace just that one. Extremely pleased w/the work Jordon did & his professional demeanor.
