There are a variety of systems you rely on in your home to be in good working order, from plumbing to heating to water tanks. However, when one of these systems experiences a problem, it can be more than just an inconvenience to you. That's why our team of licensed and insured plumbers can fix a wide variety of issues, from clogged drains to broken pumps.
Bill's Pump & Motor Repairs can repair (or replace) your recreational pool or hot tub pump. We also are experienced with sewage pumps and well pumps, so that you can prevent water contamination or backflow issues. Motors and water pump repairs at home can be necessary if you run into problems with your hot tub or pool.

I called about a leaky valve under our sink. Bill, despite being very busy, sent Jesse out to our house. He was extremely professional, friendly and knew what the problem was within minutes. The repair was done and the price was very tolerable. I can't recommend this company highly enough!

A concerning review from an experienced renovator.
1. Quote was reasonable
2. Invoice was 65% higher than quote for a straightforward job
3. One man job but two men did the work (can live with that)
4. Actual time in my residence was 3.25 hours. Was billed for 5 hours.
5. Did not arrive with any parts so you would think they would send the 1st year apprentice to buy them while the journeyman starts work - NOPE they both go for parts; thereby costing me 45 mins in labour charges for a parts pick up that they should have already. Was not a unique job.
6. Back to the parts. They used five basic

Wow, what a gem of a repair place! We brought in our Hayward pool pump to be fixed on the recommendation of our pool store. Bill not only looked at it and fixed it while we talked to him but also problem solved other questions we had about the pump leaking etc. He put a new cap on it and replaced some screws free of charge. We walked away in 15-20 mins with a fixed pump, proper cap to stop the leaking and so much knowledge, all for $20!!! We will be going there for more than just pool pump needs in the future. Highly recommend this place!!

My landlord uses this company, and every time I’ve had to call them they would come out (worker is very young) attempt to look at the “issue“ leave for another week or so and in the meantime lied to my landlord about what needs to be done yet when face-to-face claims they did not say that.
I’ve had issues with my tub and each time takes well over a month for a 10 minute unclogging job. This time because I own a mastiff mix puppy, the worker refused to even step anywhere near my apartment Door. And was very belligerent and demanding to crate my dog, not just put them in my room but a crate

PROs: Friendly staff.
CONs: Staff erroneously determined that I had an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue, resulting in an unnecessary service call from an appliance repair person. Staff caused damage on dishwasher drain and caused flood in house. Was advised I would need to procure the damaged part on my own in order for them to fix it.
This may be anecdotal, but I'll paint a picture of my experience with this company.
ORIGINAL ISSUE: Dishwasher flooded main level of house while it was not running.
1st Service Call: Plumber reviewed dishwasher and determined it was an appliance issue

The only plumbers we'll have come out to look after our plumbing issues. Get excellent service from everyone and would not want to go to anyone else. It's nice to have honest, helpful, great people and businesses close to home. We also refer them to friends and family to help with their plumbing problems.

Just had a pedestal sink installed and the service and workmanship was awesome. Brandon and Josh...great job guys. Not only was their work great, they are 2 really good guys. The price was very good, they left the area clean and finished the work quickly. Without a doubt we will be using Bill Clarke Plumbing again if we ever have plumbing needs
