I went into this store and found what I wanted to redo my main bath and my en-suite. At the time they were very nice and helpful. I gave them the measurements and my phone number then I waited. I drove back a week later asking for my quote. Not done. I asked how much longer? She replied saying they were too busy to do a quote. I left and bought my tiles from another supplier and had a quote that very same day. If you are a homeowner don’t bother going in because they only seem to care about the bigger jobs.

Horrible service!! I went in last week to this store, explained what I needed done and picked out my tiles. Mr. Glenn Garvie told me that he would be giving me a call to come out and measure for the job. I just phoned them after waiting a week, they tell me that my tiles can be ordered and then, without even seeing my bathrooms, they cancel the job because they think it's too small. Isn't that so very caring of this business!? They don't seem to care about the individual home owner at all!! DON'T BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS!!! TAKE YOUR DAMN ADVERTISMENTS OFF THE RADIO
