SilverLine Exterior Solutions have done an excellent job on our exterior house siding renovation in September 2021. We had our entire house siding redone with Hardie lap siding. Silverline's quote was about 40% lower than the two other quotes we got for the replacement of 7 windows and a patio door. Based on the overall positive reviews and a short lead-time to installation we decided to go with Silverline. Bill was good and quick with preparing the contract and explaining the details. The installation was quick and overall good quality. Some minor hiccups, but overall good communication with the company. Yes, we needed to vacuum the house after the installation and make some extra cleaning in backyard to make sure there is no sharp objects left, but frankly that was expected

Today Silverline completed their work on our townhouse - replacing all windows and sliding door from the original 1980's ones. All we can say is WOW! What a difference! Windows are clearly much better quality, better soundproofing, better heat retention, all around great!

The day of install had the crew show up on time and ready to go. Install was quick and clean. The finished look is amazing. We went from old aluminium windows with storm inside windows to these beautiful vinyl windows that have greatly improved the look and feel of our home.

SilverLine Exteriors did a fantastic job on our 40-year-old house, replacing the disintegrating wood siding with woodpecker-proof Hardie board. We also had the windows and patio doors replaced, and having now lived behind them for a few weeks, I've noticed a definite reduction in outside noise. Marc (sales/estimation) distinguished himself and the company from the others we approached by being more actively informative during the sales phase, and his estimation ability is well evidenced by how close the final cost was to the original quote. Although we were pleased with the quality of the windows the mess the crew left behind was huge both inside and outside the house , big pieces of stucco, trim cuttings, installation and large pieces of broken glass throughout the font and back yard that we had to clean up and a 1/4 inch of dusk in two of the bedrooms took us 3 hours to clean up my daughter had to sleep at her friends as we needed to wash all the bedding and wash down the walls and floors. The installer did return to try and fix most of the errors. After many requests to have the stucco on our 40 year old house tested for Asbestos
