I had Wizard Screens install brand new screens for all of my windows in a 3 bdrm condo. The custom-fit screens were of high quality, and they gave me several options for looks and practicality. We know that we chose well. We met Travis, who was both personable and professional as he gave us options for our needs.
He did an amazing job with measuring and installing our screens and is an asset to the company.

I put Wizard screens on 3 sets of French doors in my house in 2007. Only once have a had to call for service for one set that is outside and not as protected from weather. This was after many years as well. Service was fast and efficient and was simply a magnet failure. The life of these screens, when operated properly, are great. So now I've just install a set in our rental house and we and our tenants love them. Highly recommend this company for the good work, great product and customer service.

Excellent experience overall. Price seemed comparable, staff were friendly and efficient, screen itself seems to be well manufactured and sturdy and is next to invisible (see picture). I would go with 4.5 if that was an option, but have to go with 4 because the handle mechanism is somewhat awkward and would certainly be difficult for seniors to manipulate. Not an issue currently, but it could be with time.

I can only say good things about the company. The screen is fantastic, the installation was quick and the person who installed it even came a few min BEFORE the appointment's time. He also helped us to figure out how to fix another thing we had with the door. So we are very about it and would recommend the company to our friends and relatives. MANY THANKS!

We recently adopted two kitties who are curious and rambunctious, so we had to get some screens to keep them off the balcony and make sure the windows could be opened safely. Travis came to measure everything thoroughly, making some recommendations about pet mesh and sliding door locks.
The results of today’s install are fantastic! The place even feels fancier, and we know our kitties can be kept safely indoors. Travis & his assistant were professional and efficient. The screen quality is top-notch and we especially like the retractable door screen. We are extremely pleased with Wizard Screens

These guys shouldn't even be in business.
First off they are very expensive for what you get. There are other companies that offer the exact same products at better prices. Specially the security screen door.
They were installing a door at my elderly parents house my mother inquired about the 1.5"x1.5" track in the bottom of the door opening and how she could trip.
The installation guy made a joke that she would only make that mistake once.
They should be keeping this guy in a back room somewhere!! Not dealing with the public. He's an utter embarrassment for this company

We had three retractable screens installed in June, they look amazing and the installer (sorry I can't remember his name) was very professional, within an hour had them installed and left without a trace that he had been there, great customer service would highly recommend Wizard Industries, wish we had installed them years ago!!

We just had our double door screen put in this past Friday.... Absolutely love it !!! Everyone was sooo professional right from the ordering to the install it was effortless. Our installer James Clarke was the best, worked late on a Friday just to get our screen installed because of some scheduling issues with the office, he handled the situation with professional poise and was great. The screens look and work great, so nice to have the double doors open all night in the recent heat... and no skeeters. Yay!! Thanks Wizard Screen Solutions.

Love, love, love my new security screen door! Let's the fresh air into my home with the knowledge that I'm still protected. Need to get used to the feeling that the door looks wide open when in fact there is a screen. Installation was fast, installers were amazing. Now if you smart people could come up with a dog door solution for my back door.

Wizard Industries posted a "like-it buy-it" awning to capitalize on advertising dollars in the Vancouver Sun. They have not returned the multiple phone calls to install the awning I purchased for over a month ago and when the installer (John) finally did contact me with an installation date he was agressive to the point of making me cry and it seems that they don't want to fulfill their obligation to install my purchased awning.
NEVER EVER use this company and I would also be very wary of purchasing anything from the Vancouver Sun's "like-it buy-it" promotion.

A screen door isn't just a screen door, as I just recently found out lol.
Nice to know that you can colour match the mesh according to your exterior/interior. And it's a tougher, classier mesh that even offers UV protection, impressive. Tough, all because of their special magnet that really clicks which the worker showed us, not like the flimsy ones that we have.
Something to consider for summer, as we all know how annoying it is to swat at those flies when eating all those yummy leftovers I get every day lol.
Lifetime warranty on the parts but not the mesh, that's the half

I paid over $1200 for a security door that was installed with a couple a huge scratches on the front of the door.
Jason who is supposed to be there installation manager didn't even notice or care about the damage to the door.
I asked to has someone else come to my home to repair/replace the door and Justine shows up with a chip on his shoulder and speaking down to me for asking to have the door repaired.
It took over 2 MONTHS to have a door installed that was not damaged!!!!
Customer service is nonexistent in this poorly run company that tries to bully you if you ever complain about the

I needed retractable screens on my french doors to keep my cat in the house (he got hit by a car last year!) this past summer. I called and a technician came out to take a look and quote a price. I was quite clear regarding the purpose (i.e. keeping my pets inside) and even though the $900 price tag seemed steep, it was way less than the $6000 in vet bills so I decided to go ahead. He took all the measurements right then and there and said that it shouldn't take more than a week or two
