The installer, Zach, from the Guelph location was very professional when installing our new HVAC system. He took the time to make sure everything. Paul was great to deal with, after evaluating everything he gave an honest assessment and was able to schedule our retrofit quickly.
Recently had a fireplace, HRV and radiant in-floor heating installed as well as a tankless boiler by these guys and am very happy with.

They responded very quickly, came and serviced our old unit and tried to repair it, and when it didn't stick, came to replace it within a day. There was a great exchange of info, and options from the start, and they did a great job. We hired this guys and they did really great job for reasonable price. Recommend!

Zack came by my place today to fix our furnace and he was so helpful. He showed me what the problem was and how to fix it. Super pleased! 10/10 recommend this place! Rates were super reasonable, too - flat rate of 99$ for a service. Thanks BAP for getting our heater back in good shape!

We had a new Air Conditioner installed by B.A.P Heating & Cooling Services. They were very responsive and got back to me right away and were able to come right away. They gave us a very competitive price for a unit that we were happy with. Crew was on time for installation and they were very clean and tidy with all work done. Our 30 years old air conditioner finally stopped working so it was time to get a new one. Checked out some websites and decided to contact B.A.P Heating & Cooling Services. They answered all my questions and said they would drop by to give me a quote. Price was very reasonable and they did a great pro job installing. Work was done on time.
