It was a pleasure to deal with the Whistler Fireplace Company.
The process was not always easy and many adjustments were needed.
Richard is knowledgeable and obliging and Emma was great.
The gas stove we wanted had a long delivery and Richard found us an alternative, a great stove.
LOPI Greenfield Cast Iron Stove MV, 40,000 BTUs, Heats 2,000 Sq. Ft. designed and built in Mukilteo, Washington.
Than we found out that the main beam in the garage of the house had to be replaced. The area became a major construction site crawling with other contractors.

We started the search for our fireplace along time before we actually needed. Emma and Richaed were awesome and soo patient while we selected the right one for our home. When it came to the install, the team was professional and attention to detail blew us away!! We loved working with these guys and would highly recommend Whistler Fireplace!!!

From start to finish, these guys were as professional as you can get. Communication was excellent as was the recommendation on which fireplace to use as a replacement for our older model. Removal and Instal was done by their crew of hard working technicians in a friendly and timely matter.
VERY happy with this company and will definitely be a returning customer for future service, especially after negative experiences with other companies in Squamish. 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience with Richard and his team. We had a few things to get done (retrofit the fireplace for gas, on demand water heater, and gas for the stove) and they got the work done efficiently and with an absolute minimum of disruption, mess, or repair work required to the walls. Customer service was outstanding and every team member was professional every step of the way. Thanks again!

We chose Whistler Fireplace Company for our new wood stove because they carry a really beautiful collection. Offering high safety/health ratings as well as styling that turns a functional piece into a design feature in the home. However, while our new stove is everything we hoped I'm reviewing because the customer service offered is remarkable. They are busy and growing but never fail to return calls and complete work in a professional and courteous manner. In the showroom, Emma was knowledgeable and really listened to our needs. I needed a new fire place for my home and this place sure did not disappoint! They were extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest and they had such a great selection. Whether your looking for something rustic, modern, stand alone or a sleek design for your wall. All of their products are like a work of art, your sure to find something that will be perfect for your home. Also Richie and Emma are two of the nicest people to deal with.
