Cold winter weather caused major headaches with kitchen drainage. I called Darryl to help out after my Troubleshooting failed. He was tied up with other priorities but still offered guidance and direction over the phone. After several calls and conversations, we solved the problem. I can’t thank Darryl enough for taking the time to help us out during our sink emergency. His professionalism and responsiveness was very much appreciated! I would highly recommend.

These guys were great and helped me out of a bind. I started a bathroom reno and came across some plumbing issues. I phoned in the morning and they were there in an hour and had me back up with water running in 2 hours. They saved my bacon as the reno was time sensitive and their prompt service had my project back on track. Thanks

It was a very exceptional service from them.Definitely going to recommend them and 5 star isn't enough.
My kitchen sink was not draining and I called Darryl late at night and he called me back first thing in the morning and sent Jamie to my house in an hour. He was very knowledgable and also noticed a leak and fixed it. He was patient to explain to me what he will do and said if I have any problems I should call them.

10/10 - amazing customer service.
I contacted Darryl from Thompson Rivers Plumbing on Saturday morning after discovering a pool of water around my hot water tank. Darryl spent almost an hour with me on the phone helping to diagnose the problem. We were able to rule out the hot water tank and traced the leak to the furnace. The furnace was recently installed by another company and I was able to contact them to have the repairs done under warranty.
Darryl was just happy to have helped me,and was not frustrated that it did not result in a job for him, despite spending quite a bit of time helping

Daryl is a saint! I called about helping me connect a gas line to my bbq. Was on the phone with him for 7 minutes and I can already smell my steaks! Totally walked me through everything and didn’t charge me a nickel either! Beer on me when you’re around, brother! 5-Stars!

If I could write a review with negative stars I would. We made an appointment with these guys over a month ago and had someone come inspect my plumbing situation, he was very nice and gave me an up front quote and said "we'll be in touch". One month has gone by with no call from them, I called them multiple times but got no answer. Now when I finally do get a hold of them they tell me that they are all booked up and can't fit me in and I would have to find someone else. Absolutely ridiculous way to do business, they dodged my calls for a month only to tell me to go elsewhere.
