First of all, we were very pleased with the professional service that we received. I initially phoned them to give us a price for a new high-efficient furnace. I had problems with our furnace and was told that we'd have to change this unit at a cost of 1800 dollars plus labor, so we decided on replacing our 14 year existing furnace for new one at a cost of over 6500 dollars.
When the technician "Chad" arrived, he asked me what was happening and after 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and proceeded to repair the furnace. He had our furnace up and running in less than 30 mins.

I recently had my hot water tank swapped out for a tankless Navien hot water on demand system. Their prices were far more competitive than other companies I had phoned and the service was incredibly professional. Highly recommend! I will be using them again in the future for all my heating and a/c needs.

They replaced our natural gas guzzling 30 plus year old Kenmore with a new high efficiency Lennox natural gas furnace and installed a Lennox AC to help us copy with the Kamloops hot summers. Price for the job was very reasonable.

Chad provided excellent service in diagnosing the problem and then obtained and installed a replacement pump in one of our LG ductless Air Conditioner units. Considering that this was all during the extreme heat wave we are experiencing, I can't say enough good things about his professional, courteous and very knowledgeable service.

Kamloops Heating and Air Conditioning just completed a 2 day installation of a heat pump & air conditioning. This was the toughest installation they had come across, as the maintenance room is very tiny, with very little room to maneuver. We have a forced air electric furnace which is very expensive to run, and decided to install a heat pump as well as air conditioning. The process started in January with ordering a custom coil for the world’s smallest plenum which arrived a couple of weeks ago, The crew was fantastic, and worked really well with each other. I was impressed they could explain

We first called in Kamloops Heating & Air Conditioning about a year ago to service our air conditioner and furnace in our, new to us, home. The AC needed to be replaced which we were fairly certain would be the case, but our furnace was also on its last legs. We decided to go with a full furnace/AC replacement and the work Sean and the team did was excellent. A year later we received our annual maintenance call and Sean came out and inspected everything and started up our AC for the season, all for free. Did I mention we are an hour away from their home base and we were not charged for the travel

Very happy with the service we received. Luckily our issue with our furnace was an emerging issue rather than an emergency, so was able to book an appointment a few weeks in advance. Shaun the technician was on time, professional, personable, explained his findings and gave us a few tips to keep our furnace in top shape. He also provided a quote for the part that was the issue as it'll likely need to be replaced down the road. Thank you Shaun & team!! Definitely recommend.
