I called into the store for the first time to find out if a selection and installation could be done before Christmas, I was assured it was possible. We made our selection, I received exactly what was shown to me, delivered and installed within my deadline. Installer was very nice and professional. I would go back.

Consumers Carpet is a very good store of the different varieties of the floor. It has convenient location and the knowledgeable sales representatives working there. Mike was one of them. He helped us to find a good quality of the hardwood for the good price. He provided a good customer service, was very kind and polite. We were feeling welcoming to the store. Unfortunately we were not happy with them. After many days of delay They sent us the wrong color of hardwood with different quality of what we chose in the store , then we had to pick another material with higher price because they didn't return our money. They confirmed that those are not character grade but the boxes came in different grades, some boxes were good some were not. the quality was different in each box. Be careful about what you order and what you get. That was a horrible experience for us 😔

I had a bad experience working with this company. Sales guy Mike is very rude and scream at customers. Delivery is unprofessional, instead of leaving goods on the driveway as was promised they left it on the walkway, far from garage. When I asked the delivery guy to move it to garage he refused it because of car which I was ready to move away. For him it was another few more minutes, but he left.
Please, avoid using this company, find a better service so you won't be screamed at. Support better businesses!
