LoL The owner is a pompous textbook narcissist who treats his staff like absolute sht and whom i would compare to the Michelle restaurant owner on gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. He cannot handle even the slightest bit of criticism, is defiantly arrogant and must be revered for regular boost of ego. Never forget that if you're bringing business here you're kissing the rear of a greedy, selfish and self conceited man whose only sole purpose is self gain.

We decided to give Imperial Carpet another try even though our first purchase did not go smoothly. The carpet that we purchased the first time, about a year ago, did not lie flat. When we called them about it they assured us that it would settle after a couple of weeks or so. After one month it had not improved at all so we called them to say we would like to return it. They refused to give us a refund so we accepted an exchange for another carpet. Despite this experienced we decided to give them another try for our living room rug. We were dealing with a very helpful, pleasant salesperson

Imperial Carpet & Home has been a favourite place to take my clients shopping for carpets for years. Their selection is outstanding, their prices are reasonable and the quality of merchandise is wonderful. My favourites are their hand knotted antique style area carpets in sumptuous and very contemporary colour palettes. We loved the all experience of choosing our new rugs at Imperial Carpet & Home. There is a huge collection in display there, that will satisfy from simple on budget options to the most sophisticated or high end quality.
We had the opportunity to put down and try multiple rugs and rugs combinations till we found the best match. During the all process, multiple of hours and visits the Designer Vanessa and Helena the owner were really supportive and friendly, displaying an honest concern for us to be satisfied and buy the best option without pushing for more expensive options.

A couple of years ago our condominium was completely flooded. A main hot water pipe supplying all the units on our side of the building burst and flooded our suite in less than an hour. We had to stay at a hotel for over a year while our suite was being rebuilt and our furnishings being replaced. Practically everything in our unit was damaged beyond repair. One of the few things that we were able to salvage was our silk and wool living room carpet purchased from Imperial Carpet & Home. Our silk and wool dining room carpet, which had been purchased from a different vendor was damaged beyond repair

I was beyond blown away by the selection and the fact she had her inventory memorized was truly impressive.
It was also an Honour to meet the founder “uncle John” he is so passionate about his business. He Demand’s best quality but is extremely business minded to be able to offer the lowest price.
If anyone need a new carpet or rug. Do yourself a favour and check this place out.
I honestly never suspected I’d ever be impressed by a carpet store.
However now, I’d never consider going anywhere else.

Beautiful carpets and knowledgeable staff--we have purchased our foyer carpet and our living room carpet and both are perfect in the space I'm so impressed with the quality of these rugs as well, the one in our foyer is abused with wet and dirty winter boots daily and it still looks brand new. These carpets are stunning, priced well, and completely unique--they always have exactly what I'm looking for and the selection is massive.
