The experience we had with Omega Flames was absolutely 5 star. We worked with Ian, who was incredibly knowledgable and was so responsive. He worked hard to find us the perfect fireplace and we could not be happier. The installation was done by Arek who was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend Omega Flames as a place to purchase your gas fireplace. Ian and his team members provided my wife and I with such a high level of customer service and satisfaction we went back a year later and purchased a second Valor Gas Fireplace for our home. Ian and his installer Arek were great. Ian walked us through the options and inspected the install location to make sure everything would work. Arek was friendly and cleaned up the work area when he was done. We had a follow -up question on a weekend and within minutes Ian had the answer for us. I would highly recommend them.

We've been enjoying our new gas fireplace for 6 weeks now. We LOVE it! Ian was amazing at helping us choose the perfect fireplace for us. The installer was Professional and clean & friendly.
