This company took my money... asked for cash to save me money but likely to evade taxes... gave me no reciept and then didn't give me what they committed to. They gave me a lower model, charged me for the premier model and I got no features they proclaimed to be included, no ignition no remote no nothing! Miklane there sales rep has disappeared after calling constantly just to get the sale. Wont return calls, won't return emails. Such a shady individual, a disgrace in fact! I Paid in full in July... its now almost December and still this fireplace doesn't work!

The initial purchasing and picking up of the fireplace was great. We are now trying to finish with the setup of the fireplace and have left messages for the sales person who hasn't returned our calls. We have left messages for others in the office and no one is calling back. Poor customer service. We would expect the sales person to obtain the information for us and give it to us but to date after 2 and a 1/2 weeks of trying it has not happened

My husband and I are building our house and our hvac person could not come through with the fireplace we wanted at the time. To make a long story short I was so very lucky to get a hold of Miklane at The Fireside Group. Miklane is the person to speak to!!! Amazing friendly on the ball. This man delivered in every way from messages to phone call to emails. He won’t let you down! He had the fireplace I wanted and could pick up with a day. Miklane I thank you so much for all your energy you put into your work. Your simply amazing.

There are so many fireplace shops in Toronto. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I can not stress this enough. The Fireside Group is not a company you want to trust. Once they have your money, they no longer care. They sold me a faulty product and then told me it's my problem. Now I'm supposed to contact the manufacture of the fireplace to get the part, and then I will have to find my own repair person to fix it.
Once they have your money, they will never respond to your emails. You would think that a company selling fireplaces would be eager to help you fix the 6000.00 brand new damaged product they sold, but
