Our award-winning team has the experience to manage your kitchen & bathroom renovation from design to completion. Founded in 1974, we are the most established kitchen and bath firm on Vancouver's North Shore. Our designers and project managers have certifications and experience from leading kitchen and bath industry organizations, including NKBA, BCIT and the Art Institute.
We design, install, and project manage custom kitchens and bathrooms using cabinets from local manufacturers, including Hertco Cabinets and Columbia Cabinets. One of our project managers will work with you every step of the way, from sales to completion. Below is a brief overview of our process. When you are satisfied with the project design and budget, you and the project manager sign a contract.

During the design stage, they provided very helpful advice based on their extensive experience. And, during construction, Allan Wray provided superb project management of all of the contractors, and addressed any deficiencies very responsively and professionally.
Also, the workmanship of the contractors (electrical, cabinetry, flooring, painting, plumbing, the works) was consistently superb, and they were always courteous and professional. They also proactively managed clean-up

Coordinated Kitchen and Bath were absolutely fantastic. They were on budget and delivered early. Michael Williams was our PM and he is responsive, professional and well-connected to get good deals on materials. All tradespeople that came into our home were friendly, highly-skilled and reliable. Michael provided us access to a shared calendar so we could see who and when tasks were getting completed. We can't say enough good things about them, Highly recommend!

We just finished our second project with Coordinated, both managed by Allan Wray. In 2012 we had our kitchen renovated and now we have three updated bathrooms. In both cases Allan had good ideas and recommendations. The work was done professionally with skilled tradespeople and on budget. We are very pleased with the final results of both projects.

Our 4 month total renovation of the kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a very positive experience. Michael Williams was our Project Manager and he guided us through the process. He drew up detailed plans, brought in an interior designer to help with colours and product choices, made quick last minute revisions when we suddenly decided to make a major change in the ensuite. He was a good listener, very attentive, had an eye for detail, kept us "in the loop" with almost daily updates (even while on holidays!), was quick to alert us to trades schedules, changes and options via text, email and phone. We recently worked with Michael and Nicole at Coordinated Kitchens to completely redesign our kitchen and we're very happy with the results! It was great having an experienced team to handle the details, coordinate trades, make recommendations and troubleshoot challenges along the way—and now we have a shiny new kitchen to show for it. You always hear about renovation horror stories. This wasn't one of them.

Not sure if we commented. Coordinated did our kitchen renovations and main floor rebuild for hardwood. Major job, a number of issues came up, and we are really, really glad we had Coordinated (with Mike Williams) doing the work. Everything was outlined at the beginning so that you were never in doubt what was expected, Mike was there almost every day to check on the progress and work was very well coordinated. Every problem was dealt with. Discussion, but never an argument. Have done renos before and it is great to have a company that is so professional and has access to multiple trades.
