Earl Lawson's early desire to improve people's quality of life led him to pursue and achieve degrees in Physical Education and Business. A move to Calgary in 1980 led to an unexpected career shift. After managing a retail outlet for Kitchen Craft Canada, Lawson opened up operations in Vancouver and took over ownership of the company.
Contemporary style is simple, clean and offers an uncluttered look. Contemporary spaces can be characterized by simplification of form and creation of a space that dictates a unique lifestyle. Our Traditional kitchens are designed with classic and timeless elements. Casual or formal, elegant or plain, Traditional style conveys an inviting, inspiring, and sophisticated quality.
Often considered the heart of the home, the kitchen space requires careful planning and design expertise so it can meet the everyday demands of a busy household. I love my kitchen!!
Earl and the team at V6B walked us through the design process, listening to our needs and came up with a truly functional design with custom cabinets and finishing. Timely construction with attention to detail resulted in a beautiful quality kitchen that was truly ours and not the “same old white” kitchen shown in all the magazines. We have received many compliments and enjoy using it every day.

My family has used V6B three times over the past several years, for two kitchens and for an extensive bedroom storage system. On all occasions, we were offered functional and aesthetic designs, with many unique features to best meet the needs of our home. We were consulted at every stage of the design process to ensure complete satisfaction. Supplies arrived on time, as expected, and we were supported throughout the installation processes. Overall, we have been very happy with the customer service and quality of materials from V6B, and would highly recommend them for your next home project.

V6B Design worked with us to create our dream kitchen and master bath suite in our heritage house. Earl was wonderful to work with from initial design, install and follow up over the past few years to insure our kitchen remains functioning and looking just as great as the day it was completed. We had some ideas about how we wanted our renovations to provide the latest conveniences in function and efficiency while fitting the look and feel of our 100+ year old farmhouse. Earl and the V6B team were creative and thoughtful in the process that lead to a beautiful result for which we continue to receive

Update .UPDATE: still No Kitchen, As of 22nd March 2019 we still have major quality problems with the finish and installation of our Kitchen. Please feel free to contact us to see for yourself prior to committing to this high end product that was allegedly refurbished and reinstalled by contractors to rectify our original concerns dated as far back as June18th 2018.I would also like to recommend if verbal communication becomes heated with any contractor or related staff regarding your hard earned renovations project, please keep your cool as its best not feel pressured in that moment to respond
