This is my 3rd experience with Sherwood Mechanical. They installed a new ac unit in the summer, repaired my furnace in -40 winter, and now repaired a leaking copper fitting. Every experience has been top shelf! From the people in the office, to Doug, our superstar service man, all aspects have been ideal. Doug is prompt, professional and excellent at all he does. They don't over charge ( haven't yet!) or up sell if they are able to do a repair. Would recommend them to anyone that is having plumbing or hv/ac issues. Thanks for always coming to our rescue! Great job!

Boxing day our boiler stopped working .it was -30 and no other plumbing companies answered the phone. Our house was freezing ..Pete managed to find the issue quickly and was able to track down the part on the west end of the city on boxing day Sunday. I thought it would have to wait till Monday but he quickly got back and got the boiler fixed up so we had heat and hot water again..they really saved the day for us especially with the temperatures below -30 ...I highly recommend this company and Pete as well..he was very knowledgeable and professional.

Our service person took the time to explain the work and why the problem might be happening. Suggested fixes and paths going forward. Price was good and value was excellent compared to the time they spent. Highly recommend to anyone else who needs mechanical services. We will def use them again.

Great service. Great value. We had a few companies come to our house to give estimates and they all felt like pushy salespeople. Peter was nothing like that. We appreciated that he was level with us and we didn’t feel like we were being talked into something. We appreciated the sense of urgency they had with us. We had no furnace and a 2 week old baby, they were willing to prioritize us. The price quoted was the best we received for a name brand high eff. furnace. We had a very positive experience with Sherwood Mechanical. From the initial estimate to replace 2 furnaces, 1 hot water tank, and install a new air conditioner, to the installation and clean up, everything was completed in a professional manner and either met or exceeded our expectations.

We were having issues with our furnace where we were getting no heat at all. It was no fun waking up in a deep freeze everyday. Initially there would have been a wait for them to come around since they couldn't come on that day that we called, but we got lucky as a spot opened up. The lady over the phone was very nice and prompt in giving us that opening. Doug, who came to check out the furnace, seemed very pleasant. Very efficient at what he did, and quick with his work. This company, compared to other companies that we looked at, are very reasonably priced, both in what they charge for coming

sandy wanted to qualify my credit which I thought was weird I just wanted a new furnace quote.
I asked sandy pous do a quote on our furnace and asked if she could check a monoxide leaks around furnace while they were measuring, she was super nice she gifted us two free monoxide readers our relator and I thought wow how nice.
