First founded in 1963 by Gordon Fawcett and Vernon Lindgren, for 4 years they worked side by side building up a client base and providing exceptional work to their customers.

Wow!! I would highly recommend Riteway Plumbing to anyone. Great customer service. Especially Mindy. She was very helpful in assisting me in picking out correct parts for a very costly shower repair. I definitely recommend this company. We needed our hot water tank replaced, and we got a quote back very quickly. The staff member on the phone was polite and very helpful outlining options. Their price was competitive with other companies and they were able to schedule our install in a fantastic time frame. The professional arrived at the time promised and completed the removal of the old tank and install of the new one in under 2 hours. The professional was courteous and efficient, and was respectful of our home and also followed all covid safety protocols. Of course I can't speak for all of

I had them replace the fixtures in my bathtub. No muss no fuss. Called them up,gave them the name type of fixture it was and they gave me a price right over the phone.
Came out a day or 2 later and took an hour to do the work.
The price seemed good although i've rarely had work done before.
Will use again.

My outdoor garden faucet was leaking into the house (and over the power panel!! :-() after Spring thaw -- I think there was water in the lines when winter came, and the expansion of the ice cracked the pipes. I was worried that the repair would be extensive, because much of the pipe ran under a finished wall. I have had so many poor experiences with plumbers, I decided to check the Yelp review first, and found these guys to be highly-rated and close by my home. They were quite booked, and it took 4 days before someone could stop by to look at the

They quoted me for a new hot water tank on friday afternoon while I was in Mexico on vacation. Seemed very reasonable. I wondered when they could come in. He said Monday afternoon! I was surprised! It was totally no nonsense. I felt like I was really talking to someone real and honest. They did exactly what they were said they would do.
They called me before they made their way to my house so I could meet them there.

I recently had Riteway replace my hot water tank. The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot just based on the description alone. They provided flat fee pricing and a warranty 2 years longer than most.

I own a property that I rent out with all utilities included in the rent. As you can imagine, any plumbing problems can greatly affect my utility bills. I have had to call plumbers to repair toilets, copper pipes dripping in the ceiling in the basement, plugged sinks causing water to cover the living area, congealed fat oozing out of laundry drains, etc. I have called various plumbing companies to deal with these problems. They have been the go-to plumbers in my family for 3 generations now, and have never disappointed. Replaced the main stack in my house for HALF of what was quoted in less than a day.
Highly recommend for plumbing services. However, the in-store selection is pretty lack-lusture; it is kind of what you would expect for a small plumbing front.

I've used Riteway twice now - once to replace my toilet, and most recently to replace my kitchen sink. Both experiences have been excellent. Mike took the time to explain my options over the phone and was extremely helpful in helping me decide the best course of action. Once we determined that a replacement was likely the best option in both cases, he took the time to recommend products and brands to go investigate. I need to start by saying what Riteway isn't. They don't have one of these full-page ads in the Yellow pages that assure you that their staff aren't substance abusers. Are there really plumbers that get high sniffing the ABS glue? The other thing they don't do is hide behind some answering service that charges you $60 to have this certified sober plumber onto the doorstep. The answering service will never give you an estimate because a) they know nothing and b) the plan is to have the certified sober plumber "discuss the options with you". The only option they

We hadn't had to hire a plumber in Edmonton until we decided to install water shutoffs in our bathrooms and discovered the main house water shut off had seized.
The variation in prices among plumbers was ridiculous, with a spread of several hundred dollars. Some of the other companies were going to send a two man crew to do a one man job and charge us for the two man crew. Forget that!
We liked what Riteway had to say about the best way to proceed, and in the end, the final price was under what they had quoted.
The guy they sent over was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done
