BEWARE. The website: http://www.ezplumbinginc.ca/ looks very professional, but don't be fooled, it is run by one single person who runs a very bad business with terrible customer service. The company is rated "D" on the BBB for a reason.

My son used this company to unblock a kitchen sink drain in an apartment I rent for him. I believe he was deliberately misled by this company to obtain the job always knowing the final bill would be higher than normal. They did not inform him there was a flat fee for augering a drain when he phoned for a quotation and told them the problem was a blocked kitchen drain. They only told him of the $95.00 service call out fee and said the cost was dependent on the work that needed to be done. The company now maintains they have a flat fee of $395.00 to auger a drain. The plumber was two hours late. He then charged me $400 for one hour of work and one $15 part. I inquired at why the bill did not have an hourly charge rate and the plumber said that plumbing was "peace work' and that they charged by the job. He also used my hammer to complete the work. I would highly recommend that you choose a different company for the job.
