Professional, reasonable rate and great service. We had our roof done and eves all replaced. Andrew found some rot and replaced the sub board at no extra cost. He added an extra downspout again at no extra cost. The clean up was impeccable. Andrew was there when he promised and complete when he promised. Highly recommend this company. It has been a breeze working with Warner roofing !!! ... From the initial call to the estimate, Michael P. had been fantastic in responding quickly with very clear communications throughout the whole process. Then the roofing technician, Jacob did a fantastic job. In the end, I got a detailed roofing report on what was exactly done (with before/after pictures), the current condition of the roof/eavesdrops, and any other repairs that should be considered.

I had been struggling for a long time to find a roofing company that did repairs as well. To even get someone to speak to was difficult. I was very happy and relieved to find Warner Roofing. They were quick to respond and set up a quote and day of repair. The work was done efficiently and professionally by a service tech who was friendly and knowledgeable. Warner Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my roof. Due to rain they were late in starting but they put a larger crew on the job and were able to do it all in one day. If you are looking for the highest quality company Warner Roofing is the one to contact. Great crew of workers, very clean and efficient. On a side note our previous installed shingles were defective and part of a class action lawsuit. The shingle company required many photos, roof slope info and information that I could never provide. Andrew, Sara and Robyn completed all of the necessary actions and I was able to receive a substantial settlement. Best company you will find! No worries here.

We had find few Roofing companies when my roof damage by bad weather, and finally we choose Warner Roofing, they are so professional, fast reply and come to us on next day, give us so many specialized knowledge, let us made a right choice. Warner repair and fix what my roofing need, they came in early day, worked hard and fast(very noisy inside home), they also did a great cleanup after everyday they done(took 2 days for all work finish).
