Chouinard Bros replaced our roof two years ago, and we were so impressed with their services that we had them back 2021 summer to replace our eavestroughs. When the team arrived, they stopped the work because the colour was not the right match (When getting the quote, this was called out as a potential), and like with our roof - they were professional, polite, ensured everything was of the highest quality and very clean (which is really important as the alternative is nails everywhere). We enjoyed having them back. Thank you Chouinard!

Chouinard Bros was recommended by a good friend.
I had 3 different companies estimate and they were the only ones who actually "WENT ON MY ROOF"!!!
No drone used....No “I see your home on Google Maps”. In my opinion, the only way to properly provide a price and price was fair and not the highest.
Materials recommend, top notch and they explain the difference between typical Builders Grade shingles and vents vs what they recommend.
Project took 1.5 days to complete and all area cleaned up.
They came back in person after 2 weeks to follow-up and see if we are satisfied.

I hired Chouinard for the 2nd time in 2020 to replace the shingles on my roof, since I had used the company a number of years ago. I had water leakage in the kitchen ceiling which was to do with a problem with the seal around my kitchen skylight. The roof was re-shingled very well in 2020 including replacing the boards underneath the newer section of the house. However, in the winter months I required a roof specialist to return because there was still moisture around the skylight in the attic and further minor damage to my kitchen ceiling. Don't do it. Wouldn't use again or recommend. I feel bad as my neighbour and I were looking to get roofs stripped back and replaced with new at the same time and I recommended Chouinard Bros. One year later, neighbour had interior water damage from roof leak and they did nothing. He had to hire new roofers. Now three years later I have property damage from roof leak, approx January. Chouinard told me that when we have freezing temps and then a thaw, I should expect ice damming and water coming in from my ceiling. It was like Niagara Falls in my living room for two days. I have used Chouinard as my go-to roofer for over 25 years and have always been satisfied. They have repaired racoon damage, wind damage, full roof replacement, eaves trough replacement as needed.
I have found them to be fast, professional and efficient and courteous.
But this is where Chouinard stands above everybody else…..Their Customer Service Department is excellent, and willing to go over and above to resolve any issues or concerns.

We had used Chouinard Bros earlier this spring to replace our roof. We had received about 4 quotes from different companies but Chouinard were better price and much more professional. The installation went great, they were quick and even clean up after themselves as if no work was done. We are very happy with their services

This company does not stand by their work; Paid over $13K for a completely new roof 7 years ago; After the recent windstorm called several times to fix two loose shingles; Never received a response, so we had someone fix the two loose shingles in the short term as we waited for a response. Once we did hear back, we requested a broader inspection of the roof given the wind storm, and they outright refused saying 'they do not inspect other's work'. Took no responsibility despite their high install price. Would never recommend them.
