We recently had Bliss pools do a full restoration of our unground pool and they did a great job! Kadel and his team were very professional and transparent through the entire process and helped us stay within our budget. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool construction or restoration

I essentially paid over $300 to have a switch turned on and to have some shock thrown into the pool. I was told that the filter would get the leaves that were clumped in both the deep and shallow end, only to have another company come in to vacuum them and to explain that there is just no way the filter would have got all that was in there.
Bliss came highly recommended through friends and family but I will not be using their services again.
I'd have gone to 1-star if the tech that came had not been as nice as he was.

Owner Derrell is very nice and helpful. My first closing experience was a disaster. Boys couldn't find my address, weather was bad, then they got behind two days. Finally the team showed up, they did a great job, except that a few hours after they left I had to fish the bags of one side of the pool out that had fallen in, take them out (very heavy as they are full of water) and fix the tarp. Will definitely be saving the money to buy the $3k cover

Had air leak in plumbing system on pool. Set up an appointment for service technician to do leak test on plumbing system. Prepaid in advanced for service call. Technician showed up, tighten one clamp used Teflon tape on one connection, 10 minutes later told me everything was repaired. Had air bubbles in discharge line before he left. Air leak was not repaired. Not impressed with sevice call or trying to rebook to have them attend to fix problem. Finally canceled. Booked with other pool company .
