The order was finished early and shipped earlier than anticipated - and we send thanks to Sameday Worldwide couriers who even made sure the box was placed carefully inside our house on arrival. This cover is well made and is a better design than the original equipment as its sloped surface sheds rain and snow more effectively. Ordered cover online, arrived after a few weeks. Packaging was adequate, not a lot of protection considering I am in Ontario and cover came from BC. Spoke directly to the fellow in BC and was told 6-8 weeks delivery because cover was coming from BC. Craftsmanship is good, not over engineered and time will tell how this cover holds up. I find I get about 3 years on covers likely because our hot tub is out in the elements. I will gladly update this review to 5 stars providing it lasts longer than other manufacturers.

We are so happy with our new supreme hot tub cover. Went with the thickest option available, as we live in Northern Alberta and most of our hot tub heat loss is out of the top. Went with more upgrades, as well, like the 12 mil vapour barrier and the energy reflective bottom. We really really don’t want the foam to ever get wet so we opted for the best upgrades to prevent it from happening. The cover is extremely light yet creates a perfect suction to the top of the tub. We look forward to the energy savings, as the temperate drops outside. Another big benefit of a good cover is far less water

Ordered a hot tub cover from this company. Their ordering system allowed tons of options. Delivered right to my door with no hassle. When the cover arrived, I was happily surprised to see that the cover was exactly as expected in quality and finish. It even fit better than my original cover. Highly recommended.

I bought two covers from hot tub covers Canada and have had problems with both. The first one the final tore perhaps got waterlogged. The second cover I ordered I got a double hinge and after a couple months it started sagging as well. The hot tub cover has began getting waterlogged and water actually accumulated between the Styrofoam and the… plastic wrap upon inspection The ceiling with sub optimal and has split in several placesThe positioning of the Styrofoam seems to shift as the stone corners on the vinyl don’t line up with the corners of the Styrofoam

Bad experience dealing with the owner (Gord) after my cover was delivered damaged in shipping. The cover was punched in 2 spots by reckless shipping. Installed the cover and new lifter because my hot tub was not usable with the old lifter broken. Asked the owner for any sort of compensation or replacement of skirt but was offered only to ship back… the cover. This means to de-install, wait for few weeks and pay again for installation. Textbook of fluff you see from narrow minded small business owners. Very disappointed with their attitude, what a shame not to care about customers when the

The cover is great and very light, as well as waterproof both underneath and above. Looks beautiful in light blue. Delivery was fast and the quality of the cover is excellent. The cost is reasonable and saved me a bundle. Would recommend this cover to anyone who needs to replace their old spa cover.
