Plumbhouse Plumbing, Heating and Electrical was formed in 1981 solely as a retail and installation company in London, Ontario. In 2004 we branched out our business to provide electrical services to better serve our customers and thus renamed our company to Plumbhouse Plumbing, Heating and Electrical.

I had A.C./heat pump mini-split installed summer 2021. I did my research, shopped for quotes and decided to go with Plumbhouse.
Estevan, owner, was very knowledgeable and after listening to my expectations, suggested a model that would meet my needs. I did have some questions and Estevan answered all, even admitting he had to research some himself.:)
Steve, HVAC technician, was very knowledgeable, discussed process, decided on location and, with assistance of his apprentice completed the install in a very efficient manner, cleaned up when finished, left no mess. Estevan completed electrical work

Fantastic repair/installation plumbing service. Each time I use this company (BTW this is several times over the years), I'm always extremely happy with the entire process. The entire staff are gems. Staff members that answer the phone when scheduling to book appointments and collect payments are polite and provide excellent customer service. The hard working technicians that go above and beyond when they didn't have to, are examples of the staff they have. They will always be my first choice.

We have been using Plumbhouse for a number of years now as our in house plumbing for our school. Most recently they completed a large size sewer repair for us. As always from start to finish, they went the extra mile to ensure the job was done. Diagnosis of the issue and completion of the job was thorough and professional. I called Plumbhouse to install a brand new dishwasher in an existing space that I had the old dishwasher removed from. They said they were not able to give me a quote. I did my own research and learned that usually runs $150.-$250.
They sent two people, took 2 hours, charged $400.
I called the next day to find out why their bill was much higher than industry standards. They said they would call me back and didn’t.
A few days later water was pooling in the kitchen cabinet I called Plumbhouse and got voicemail, it was a Saturday. I called a different plumber and he found that

I am a first time home buyer, single lady and knew nothing about renos, but I decided to renovate my kitchen and bathroom add new cabinets, change sink in both kitchen and bathroom, move the fridge so I could add more cabinets, move the stove and add receptacles for above the range microwave and add outlet for the wall I added more cabinets and that's what I told to every person who came to do the estimate. I decided to go with Plumbhouse being the "best priced", turned out the electrical left so many holes in both walls and ceiling that even the contractor said were too many, which I had to pay

We hired Plumbhouse for a furnace and AC clean and check when we moved to our new home in St.Thomas and they were fantastic!
They sent out a plumber/HVAC technician Joe who was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice about maintenance of our equipment.
We had a separate question while he was there about an old pipe we wanted removed and he was able to take a look let us know what he could do and returned as soon as he could a few days later to remove the pipe.
All in all it they were a great company to do business with on two separate occasions and their professionalism
