This company was a huge disappointment. They were suppose to come out and fix my furnace. It’s -23 degree weather and they know I have a two year old, they kept giving me the run around. It took their technician an additional 5 hours to come out to check my furnace. Then they said that the part would be in the next day or it would take 2 - 4 weeks. My furnace is a common Goodman furnace, there’s no reason why It should take that long. After calling them they could not locate the part, or even get a hold of their supplier. They wanted to charge me 900 for a gas valve that cost 137. Complete

Very satisfied with all the service from M&K. Shawn our technician today was very polite and professional, we had an older furnace that turned out to be not worth repairing for what the benefits would be for an upgrade to a more efficient furnace. We have always dealt with M&K for our heating, air conditioning, and also our hot water heater needs. We look forward to having our new furnace installed. Our old heat pump (12 years) was starting to fail and I never liked it as it was loud and just not reliable for me. Then I kept hearing commercials about M & K Heating and was looking for a brand specific unit that this company also sold. I called and they could have a sales rep come the following will at our request to look at our needs, and they offered us next day installation or the next day a Saturday! The installation crew of 2 were great and besides a few items that were needed that were not in stock so they will be out to install that when it comes in. As well there was something in the

Be careful of their extreme hard selling. Got me a quote for 28,000 for updating my HVAC system and wanted to install it the next day! I had to literally message the representative at 3 AM to stop this force installed. Called around a couple of more companies and they were agreeable to give the same equipment with installation at 6,000 less. And the audacity of the rep to lower the cost to same value to "match and keep your business". Shameless.

We have had M&K work on our heat/AC for years, even having them do maintenance on my mother's furnace as well. Every time a technician comes in, whether it be emergency service or annual check, they have been amazing, explaining everything they do and any issues that arise. They leave the furnace room spotless and are not shy about asking if they need something from you.

My fireplace wasn't working . I called M&K and I received service two days later
The technicians, Phil and Nate were excellent. They listened to my concern diagnosed the problem, explained what was going to be done and got my fireplace back and running again. They were pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks guys. I will definitely call them next time I need a service.

M&K sent over Phil who clearly loves his job. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We have two gas fireplaces that were very over due for service; Phil did a beautiful job. He kept us informed and advised us of proper settings/care and answered all our questions…and the price was very reasonable. Big thumbs up for Phil and M&K!

Jordan was the sales rep we worked with and he was very professional, friendly and helped us making our decision on our ac and furnace unit. He provided great service and was available for questions anytime with quick responses. We had Blaine and Johnny install our ac and furnace units. They were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job on the install and left my house clean as promised. Overall I am satisfied with service from M&K and would recommend them.
