Spoke to Troy the owner on the phone, he managed to trouble shoot my problem over the phone, and it didn't cost me a dime. Most guys would just give you the run around, until they get to your door. Not troy! If we need anything in the future that I cant manage, he will be the first one to call.

We had a self-created situation in the floor drain of our basement and our plumber recommended we call Troy of ADG Kaban. Troy was able to provide me with a quote for the best-case scenario as well as an estimate for worst-case. This afternoon, both Troy and Lee worked their magic and resolved my issue quickly! They were kind, professional, timely and their rates were very fair. They actually charged my less than the best-case scenario original quote! I hired ADG Kaban Sewer and Drain to fix a toilet for one of my rentals this winter, the issue was regarding an incomplete flush. This seems like a pretty easy issue for a registered plumber. I was not on site to view the completed work, but expected the issue to be resolved so the issue would not occur again. 6 months later when I was talking to my tenants and I asked them if they had any issues they mentioned the toilet was still having issues and had been after the repair guy left, there solution was to just use the other toilets. Our hot water heater met it's demise last evening. Troy was very kind on the phone, gave me an estimate and discussed our (old) units present issues they have experienced with other units like ours, he recommended an upgrade, one with a 6 year guaranteed warranty..
I'd called around for quotes, and found that Troy's was the most reasonable with the new upgrade. We agreed on a time and to my delight they arrived an hour and a half early. The fellows who came in were respectful, thorough and discussed the concerns they found, in detail. We are very happy with their

Outstanding service. Our problem was a unique one one in a way because of what was happening and they were able to diagnose it quickly and fix it up. We called the day before and arranged for them to come help. They checked everything out, addressed the issue and promptly fixed it taking no more than an hour! They were friendly, helpful and most importantly: professional. Plus, the costs are definitely reasonable compared to the other services. If you don't get the gist of this review, i've got nothing but great things to say about these guys.

This business is consistently good as we had to used them before & have recommended them to our friends .They were professional, cordial, reliable and on time. They repaired our leaky faucets and replaced issues we had with our soaker tub faucets. They also took the time to answ any of our plumbing questions/concerns. We have recommended them on the ST. AB chat site and with Where's the Deal in ST, AB app.

I can't say enough good things about these guys.
They came highly recommended by our neighbor who used them at their ice cream shop.
We've used them exclusively for 6 years now - sewer back up, leak in ceiling, and garbage disposal installation. These guys are fast, reliable, and pleasant!

We have used ADG Kaban Plumbing many times over the years. I am a single Mom and although YouTube is great, sometimes I need a professional. These guys are honest, ethical and on-time. Guys I just want to say thank you once again for the dishwasher installation. Over the last few years I've called for various reasons and I think people should know that there are good honest plumbers out there. For some reason I did not think you did dishwasher installations and called around. I got several vague responses about the price of install plus some outrageous charges for travelling to St. Albert. Finally I decided to call my old stand by ADG Kaban and lo and behold they do! I asked for a ballpark price... no hesitation gave me the price, and that is exactly what I PAID,,,, amazing
