Beachcomber London is now open for in-store shopping. If you are interested in purchasing a new tub, please book an appointment if possible. To make an appointment, please call the store and someone will be happy to book a time for you to come in. Our service crews are still on the road ensuring your hot tubs and pools are serviced, maintained, and kept running.
Clean debris from cover ad pump off water (Lock-in & Waterbag Covers) - Bagged debris is left at house, removed upon request $2/bag. Fold cover & bags then put away for the year. Lock-in vinyl covers will be left in bin submerged in water (owner provided) with Algaecide to prevent shrinking. Vinyl or Tarp pools will be left filling and customer is responsible for turning water off.
This will give you an idea of how comfortable the seats will be for you and your family/guests. Beachcomber makes this a simple process by sending a representative to your home for consultation. It's not suppose to be difficult to climb in and out of a hot tub. Beachcomber tubs have unique handles in convenient locations throughout the hot tub to ensure safety.

Hi ! My husband and I didn’t purchase our sauna from Beachcomber but we sure wish we had. We made the mistake of purchasing a sauna from California Spa and Fitness. The initial transaction went well, shipping of the sauna was delayed although it wasn’t the stores fault and as soon as it arrived, it was delivered and set up quickly. Shortly after receiving the sauna we started to have problems with the high limit switch. We called and emailed the California Spa and Fitness numerous times but we couldn’t get anyone to respond or, when they did respond, they would promise to get right back to

Beachcomber's customer service is next level! Janice went so above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. She came over to our house after hours and provided a visual in our backyard so we could exactly how it would fit. We even got to try out the hot tub in their private outdoor court yard. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone use Beachcomber! Honestly, cannot say enough about how impressed we are and we haven't even received our hot tub yet!

I just wanted to recognize the Beachcomber London family for their efforts during this difficult time. I have always been a huge Beachcomber fan and am always promoting the brand to all my friends.
I bought my 578 tub in 2004 and use it religiously and it still runs like the day I bought it. Thanks to Jeff and Jeremy for all their years of service, they were always there when I needed them. I will be back soon for a new one!

3 month later and still leaking. My hot tub started to leak at the
end of April and now we are at the beginning of August and my tub is still leaking 😡they come and fix one leak and then there is another. Every time I call it takes over 3 weeks before someone shows up.
Beachcomber picked the hot tub up at the end of August, brought it back sept 8 and it is still leaking and now the heater is not working anymore either😡😡😡😡😡😡

We ordered our tub in August 2020 and just received and had it installed today. First shout out is to the installation crew. Good group of guys, they did a great job and throughly explained how to care for the tub. Second shout out is to Brittany. Sales are hard and it's even hard when delays cause clients to be upset. You were always professional and positive in your communications with me. Thank you for your patience and thank you for keeping me excited for the tub. You were right, it was worth the wait! Thank you Beachcomber for the excellent all around service and product.

Been an absolute nightmare for the past 6 months, from the install not being done properly, fixing the tubs ourselves because the valves were not opened upon setup, to tub constantly tripping the breaker and being told it was our spa pack. we replaced it and back at the same spot of the tub tripping
