During a pandemic with everything on back order, Tom, Aaron and crew went above and beyond expectations to have our fiberglass pool manufactured and installed seven months after the order date, while others customers using other companies had still be waiting in excess of a year for their fiberglass shells.
Even though there was a fiberglass resin shortage, Tom and Aaron worked with Latham Pools to have our fiberglass shell come first off the line when manufacturing resumed in September. The pool was craned over our house just one month later. Upon time for install, the crew worked hard and provided

This may sound silly but I just went in to ask about antifreeze and my pool filter. The woman that answered my questions was lovely. She was friendly, polite and informative. No response from company wanted to get pool put in trying to keep local last year so got a few other quotes but because of the covid-19 pandemic this got put on hold till now next year, this picking up now so thought start planning for next year and thought give them another shot nope still nothing??????????????

Well, I was very impressed yesterday. The guys came and collected my hot tub, which is going in to storage for a few months. The team that collected were very professional and speedy in their process, thanks guys.... Connie in the store was very helpful and organised and Tom the owner was very quick to respond. All in all, a very good first stage of the process I am very impressed, thank you. I'm looking forward to the delivery stage at our new home. Thank you.
