One of the great things about retractable screens from Phantom Screens Okanagan is they need minimal maintenance. As the screens are retracted when not in use, they stay in their housings during wet and cold months. We would recommend cleaning the screens once or twice a season to eliminate any small dust particles in the mesh.

I had Phantom Screens install my patio screen door in the summer. I was very happy with everything. Every person I talked to was friendly, knowledgable and the price was very reasonable. When they came to install the screen, it was done quickly and efficiently. I love the screen. It is exactly what I was looking for and the friendliness and customer service I received was wonderful. We love our Phantom Screen door! We were away when it was ready to be installed so we thought we would have to wait until we were home, but they were able to install it without us being there, he took a picture when he was finished and sent it to us! Fantastic job! We were able to leave the front door open all summer without worrying about bugs getting in, just a nice breeze! Totally recommend this company!

We needed a screen for our deck door. We heard the ad for Phantom Screens. Called the office, got a very pleasant response. Got a quote over the phone, booked the appointment. They showed up exactly as promised. The installer came in, very courteous, installed the screen in about 20 minutes, wrote the bill for exactly as quoted and was gone.
It's been amazing ever since. Couldn't be more pleased. You cant ask for mote than that. Very happy with the product and service!

We had our screen door, installed by Phantom, they made best recommendations for color of screen to use while still allow us to clearly see our lake view,,,thank you for the advice, as that is not the screen color I was going to go with. Installer was knowledgeable, quick, clean and Covid conscious. Strongly recommended

Dealing with Phantom Screens Okanagan was an excellent experience from my first phone call to get information about the product to having the screens installed. The installer was friendly, efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving.
Soon after getting the screens installed, I thought one of the screens was not working properly. Phantom Screens sent their repair person out as soon as possible. She was knowledgeable and pleasant, especially since there was nothing wrong with the screen, but something wrong with the operator (me). She was more than kind and encouraged me to contact Phantom
