DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY & DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!!
It really is too bad I have to give them one star, they don't deserve even that. I was given absolutely horrible service, well overdue deadlines, very poor communication & poor products. I was shipped the wrong items on multiple occasions & on the last shipment to replace an order they admitted was incorrect they made me pay for shipping. I asked if they would cover it for me because it was their mistake & the email response I got was:
"Nope. Pick it up or Don’t. I sent you a new one, take it or don’t. Our transaction

, we returned thwemissized door just as he was closing for two weeks holiday. He got back and it has been a real challenge. Monday it will be done, friday, tuesday! It never gets done. And now he said he wants to chargeus more whenever he gets it done! Horrible attitude , horrible service. servuce. He buillta door for us that was too big, even thougfh he gad the old frame. Never built a new door , window or lock panel as promised but tried salvaging the old pieces,
