This review has taken me a while to write as I tried my very best to work with the resource at Tempasure to get what I needed. I originally called Tempasure for a service call and to inspect some radiator/boiler issues I was experiencing. Though my request needed attention, it was not an emergency.
In speaking with the resource, we scheduled someone to come in and look at my issue. The technician had to reschedule a couple of times and on the final appointment, was late. A bit of an inconvenience but nothing that impacted me greatly. I had my discussion with the technician, he gave me some information

Our hot water tank sprung a leak at 1 am on Boxing Day, leaving us without water for bathing or dishes. Our previous HVAC company didn’t have the capacity or inventory to help us out. Len and his team strive to provide the highest quality service and product. I called on a Sunday morning with a malfunctioning furnace circuit board and they were able to assist by text and eventually in person. Repair was scheduled on the Monday and we were up and running in about 24 hours. I can't speak to the competitiveness of their price but I would recommend to anyone looking for competence and professionalism.

Last year we had Tempasure replace our furnace. The experience was excellent, so naturally when we needed to have our water heater replaced we called on them again.
Len and his entire team are excellent. From your very first call with them, right through to the completion of the job and aftercare, you know you're dealing with a company that does things right.

I’ve been using Temp-a-sure for over a decade. Len, Lander and colleagues are kind, honest, and knowledgeable. They keep my HVAC system in good repair with scheduled visits. Other than my original furnace giving up due to its age, I’ve never had an emergency. Being on a limited budget, when I needed a new furnace, Len gave me options and clearly it was great advice because it’s been humming along with no issues for ten years. You won’t go wrong hiring this team.

I noticed my AC broke down early June, 2021. I called several firms immediately and THAC was the first to respond (a few others did not even bother) and Len (owner) arrived several hours later. After diagnoses, it was obvious due to wear and tear (more than 25 years), replacement would be the best option and the permanent solution. As my furnace was very old (came with the house when I bought it 30 years ago), I decided to change it also.
After some negotiation, we settled on a price and another gentleman, Adam, replaced them a few weeks later. All went well and no mess whatsoever. Both are working

We had planned to replace our a/c and furnace in spring, but then with covid we were hesitant about having people in our house. Our furnace blower continued to act up over the summer so we finally decided to replace both in September (also covid numbers were at a lower point now).

They were recommended to me by someone who got a big job done by them. I had a heating issue for which I thought they could help. I was told that they were responsive to emails but there were absolutely no responses to several that I sent. It's not too cold yet so I let it slide a couple days before I call them. They took my call but pretty much from the get-go it was apparent that they didn't want to help but didn't out right say this. Instead they tell me to send them some more info and that they would let me know if they could help. It's been over a week without any call
