Mario responded quickly and personally to our emergency. The service provided was prompt, professional and the cost was very competitive. He throughly explained every step in the process and after the new furnace was installed the crew cleaned up throughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend of the winter. The previous technician from another company couldn’t figure out the problem and said we need a whole new furnace.
We decided to get another opinion so we called this company since they’re listed as a certified technician of our brand of furnace. One of their technicians, Louie, came to fix our furnace and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick at fixing the problem. I have heard a lot of positive reviews about Dupont, but when I reached out, I was extremely underwhelmed and unbelievably turned off by their front-line staff. Faced with an emergency heating matter overnight (i.e, no heat in -20 degree weather), I called with the hope they would be able to help. The phone operator made a point to remind me (more than once) that (a) she does not have time to hear what is wrong with my HVAC system, (b) she is "just an answering service", and (c) she does not know when I will be contacted, and (d) if I cannot wait, to call another company. 4 hours later, after another

I am very pleased with the work by Dupont Heating. They were very efficient in booking my appointment - I received text confirmation and the technicians arrived right on schedule. I hired them on two separate occasions and had different techs (Aaron and Amir) for each visit. They were both excellent communicators explaining their work and answering my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend using this company. Fair pricing, excellent technicians!

I just had my furnace replaced by DuPont and they did a great job. I was very pleased by how professional their operation is. Now that we are using the furnace I am very impressed by how quietly it runs. I am very pleased with their service. They left my basement cleaner than they found it. Great job. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Mario and the guys at Dupont Heating & Air Conditioning. They are friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. They installed all new Carrier brand high efficiency furnace, full venting, complete central air conditioner, air filter, humidifier & thermostat in a clean and timely manner. Removed and carried away all the old equipment leaving the site neat and clean. And answered all our questions and concerns. We will use them for all our heating & air conditioning needs.
