When you're getting your business off the ground you need partners who are just plain helpful. Unique Communications provided excellent service and quick response. Over the past year I had to return three different security camera systems that I purchased from two different big box stores. Two cameras failed in one month and despite hours on the phone with their technical support the software never performed as advertised.
I contacted Unique to upgrade my alarm system that I had purchased from them 27 years ago (new smoke detectors, panel, keypad and wireless motion detector for my shed) and to install security cameras. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the extra time they spent teaching me how to use the camera features with my phone. It works
