I did not have to worry about a thing. Marsha and Rob were on site to help close off appropriate parking areas and re-direct families to entrances while the crew worked diligently to make the trees on the property safe before winter. I was able to get my job done while they did theirs. The passion you have for your business comes out in your energy.
It is recommended to Fertilize every 12 months to help keep trees & shrubs at their healthiest state. You will not see evidence of the fertilizer in the ground as we take care to cover the holes so not to burn your grass. The fertilizer has been deposited directly into the ground, along the outside edge of the tree canopy also called the drip line.
We have a large tree in the middle of our back yard and it has made it impossible for us to enjoy our yard. It is constantly dropping stuff on our decks, clogging our gutters, may be responsible for a foundation leak and providing access to our roof for racoons and squirrels. Ideally we'd like to remove it, but if that proves too difficult (unable to secure permits) we'd like it severely trimmed back.
PEarly spring season is a viable time for pruning. Accurate pruning is possible, we can tell what is dead and what is alive before buds have opened. Pruning is the most important part of maintaining a tree in a healthy state. With the extra rain and winds that spring brings us it's a good plan to have your trees pruned in advance to help avoid tearing or limb failure.

Rob and Mark did a great job! Carefully explained everything ahead of time and checked in as needed while on site. They did a great job of thinning the trees to allow more sunlight, and protection away from our house and our neighbours', while somehow leaving the trees looking full and natural. Cleaned up the area afterwards (perhaps leaving it better than it was before!). They take pride in their work and want their customers to be happy.

We had tree damage from a wind storm last week , Bob Ambeau drop by who was very knowledgeable on all makes of trees , and advised me on what would grow better on my property, and what to do with the old trees.

Rob is heaven sent! This is the second time he came to our rescue from our trees literally falling down the street boulevard and our driveway. We used them first over 3 years ago and had to call a couple of arborist but it was only Storybrook who responded after they found out the urgency of our situation! Even the town of Oakville was not helpful!!! And fast track now, same situation and we received same care and service from him. This only proves his sincerity to help people and how much he loves what he does. A rare find nowadays and love the quality of his work!

Rob was so friendly and helpful! We are currently having issues getting in contact with the arborist company we originally secured for our project and Rob went above and beyond to address our questions even though we technically are not a client of his yet. We have used Storybook Tree Services twice this year. Once to remove 2 huge pine trees and trim others in our yard and once again this week to remove our 40 foot high pine in the front yard. Both times they were great to deal with - from the initial consultation with Rob to the scheduling with Marsha and to the actual work themselves with their professional and efficient staff. They also cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing trees removed or pruned.
