I have gone to Raymond & Heller twice now for rug cleaning and I have been SUPER impressed both times. The first rug (Persian) hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Not only did they clean it, but also repaired some of the fringe that had been worn off. The second was a "cheap" rug from Walmart, and they cleaned that one expertly as well! They were upfront about the pricing and both times the carpets were ready for pickup when they said they would be. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

The cleaning made the carpet beautiful like new. The replacement of the fringes are impressive. Better than the original . These are people who love what they do. Very professional, they also have pick up and delivery for $25. Great job, hardly recommended!!!

I just got my rugs back yesterday. I am so happy with the results. Even though I had moths and my dogs had peed on them, all 6 rugs have come back looking great. The pick up and drop off service made everything so easy.

Superb service and have no equal in Montreal. The carpet was restored to a pristine condition with absolute care and consideration. They also delivered it to my apartment (NDG) for $25 (carpet 9x12 ft.) Excellent service and customer care.
