We also specialise in high pressure washing of graffitis, awnings, bricks, gums on sidewalks, and signs. We also provide a rental service with our 35 and 38 ton boom trucks with 165 to foot reach, our aerial lift ranging from 60' to 86'.

Our condo board for "The Delano" have been using this company for over 10 years, always professionally done, great service especially with a crane as our building is 12 stories high, management is easy to talk to, and very honest people. Kudos and 5-stars!!!

Used this company for several years and was always satisfied, however this past November was a whole other story. We organized window washing for several units in our condo syndicate, a few of which were overcharged according to the prices confirmed in writing. Apparently some disconnect between Jack and his staff. When it was brought to his attention he refused a refund and offered a credit on future business only. Safe to say that after many years of being a client our relationship is done.

We, my Condo Board have been using Future for over 10 years. We have not been disappointed yet. First thing their prices are extremely competitive, actually raised our contract cost last year and it still doesn't compare to the competitors. Had reviewed quotes as general practice when there is a price increase. We use them twice a year for spring and autumn windows washing for our entire building. What I appreciate about them is if ever we have a forgotten washed window or not properly washed a email or call to Jack or the company would be enough to have them reschedule a return date to get them
