AMPAC paving did a good job at my walkway and driveway. Mike and his crew are professional prepared and paved a smooth asphalt driveway plus an excellent concrete pattern walkway. Mike charge reasonable and competitive price. Especially he can do the job on time. I am very happy with their service and will definitely recommend this company.

Giles’ customer service was amazing. He kept us well informed and delivered on time to our satisfaction. The team was great and we are very happy with our driveway. I usually get three or four quotes before choosing a contractor, but after meeting Giles and seeing the work in our neighborhood I booked him on the spot!

I was thinking to resurface my asphalt driveway, but Ampac's representative talked me out of it: the driveway was still in good shape, and the optimal time to fix it was still a few years in the future.
This was the advice of a true professional. It goes without saying that Ampac will be the firm that'll eventually do the work.

For a company that suggests they are all about great customer service, I was not the recipient of it. After they completed the contracted work, they never returned despite multiple promises to do so (and many more excuses when they did not), to remove the debris they not only left behind but concealed from the job.
I then had an added expense of $300 to hire a third party, and procure a bin to have the debris removed.

After agreeing to a price in early summer, I advised we were in no rush, even September would be fine. I sent an email in mid September to see where we were with timings. No response. Text. Nothing. Finally, I called and left voicemail, advising we were going with another company if no response received in 2 days. That was a week ago. Even if they come back now, we are using somebody else.

I was happily surprised by the professional service provided by Ampac Paving. I requested a quote from their website. Mike contacted me promptly and went to the property and provided me with a quote. The job was completed in 1 day shortly after. Ampac's employees were friendly and helpful and took pride in their work. Great job!

VERY disappointed in the roller coaster ride with communication with this company. The off and on again scheduling (which had nothing to do with weather) was unacceptable. It started with the asphalt removal and ended with the final paving. We scheduled a date and time and they phoned me at work three hours early to say they were paving my driveway. I wanted to be there when the work was done (only reasonable when you spend a lot of money) and had made special arrangements to be there. Wouldn't use AMPAC again.

Moved into a new house at the end of September 2019 and needed the driveway paved before winter. I don't imagine shoveling pea gravel and snow would be very much fun. Called around to roughly 5-10 companies. Some never returned my calls or emails, others didn't have time and some were noncommittal with dates. I ended up getting in touch with Giles from Ampac. We had a long discussion on the phone about my reservations getting the driveway done (after reading every online review I could find; negative and positive), and he talked me through everything. We are thrilled with our new stone steps and interlock. Beautiful! New asphalt driveway is flawless. Thanks to Giles for design advice and keeping us apprised of the work schedule - first for removal of old driveway, and prep for steps and interlock. Then again for completion of the work. Horrible experience. had to be redone within a year and the owner was very rude.
Months after having our driveway done, it started sinking, Our motorcycle where it is parked lowered into the paving of the driveway and cracks appeared within half a year. When called, the owner was rude and very hot headed and offered nothing. Horrible job. Horrible service.
