Extremely happy with everything, from helping with getting heat back on temporarily on a very cold day and now replacing/installation of the new furnace. The quality is #1. When I called to set up an appointment to obtain an estimate a date and time were agreed on, a text message and email outlining the date and time went to my phone and computer within a minute.
The estimate was sent to me that morning after my meeting with the estimator and it outlined the make and model of the unit being installed and labor including the sub-trade electrician
When I approved the estimate and a date and time were agreed on for installation again I received a text message and an email confirmation
Once work was completed, I received an invoice

Fantastic service. Very timely and professional. Our furnace hadn't worked properly since it was installed 4 years ago. No matter what we did with the company that installed it, it wouldn't work properly. We finally switched to Razor Heating and the problem was diagnosed and repaired speedily and reasonably priced. Would like to thank Dustin and crew for not only prompt and efficient service, but saving us 1500 $ with fair and honest pricing. Razor gave us a quote 1500 $ under the first company to diagnose the furnace issue, I will not name the unscrupulous offender that first tried to grievously overcharge us out of respect for Razors page and Profesional courtesy they extend. I would like to strongly recommend Razor to others.

Dustin has been a breath of fresh air as he was able to diagnose and help us wade through the many options to fix our boiler system and come up with a solution that made sense to me, was the right thing to do and was cost effective. Parts came on time and were installed precisely when Dustin said they would be. These guys are good and they have my business 100% now. Would not think of calling anyone else in the future.

Kyle came to fix a Napoleon fireplace. The process of booking the service was easy and they came quickly. I got text notifications telling me that my appointment was confirmed and what time the driver would arrive with an hour window. I also got a text when kyle was on his way. he was professional and kind. Identified and rectified the problem easily and the price was very fair. When he left I did notice the smell of gas (nothing to do with his original fix) and he returned within the hour to identify and rectify that issue, without any additional charge. Would highly recommend.
