Gibbon in Saskatoon installed two Lennox PureAire systems, one on each of my furnaces. They also installed bipolar ionization (BPI) units on the fans of my furnaces. The PureAire systems were complete with MERV 16 filtration and UVG lighting. We now have almost hospital grade air quality in our home. I measured my air quality before and after and the AQI index dropped from 4 to 2 (1 being the best). We had issues with higher than desired TVOCs and those have reduced to minimal and safe. The install was clean and well done. I definitely recommend Gibbon to anyone needing HVAC repair or installation

They were able to fit me in on a cold day when the old original water supply valve stem beside the water meter broke off. Blair replaced with a better ball valve, was done quickly. Coordinated with the city crew who were prompt to turn the main off and on in the boulevard on a very cold day. Thanks to everybody!

What a great business to deal with! When my water heater quit in the afternoon on Dec 23 I was panicking, with company coming and the Christmas holidays ahead, expecting to do it all without hot water. On the advice of a friend I phoned Gibbon at 5pm and by 9am Dec 24 Blair arrived cheerful and professional. He had to replace the assembly and I had hot water before 11am.. Blair's timely, professional and cheerful service saved my Christmas this year. I will forever recommend this company as it was recommended to me.

I had an issue with my furnace and they not only sent a service person out immediately, he was able to pick up the part I needed for my furnace and fix it the same day! I've been dealing with Gibbon for over 18 years and they are very knowledgeable and have great customer service! Their technicians are always happy to answer any questions and are so friendly and efficient in what they do. Thanks again Gibbon for the great service that you're known for!

In my opinion Gibbons delivers honest, sincere, and effective service. I had one other furnace company tell me they were no longer able to source manufacturer’s parts for our 2010 furnace and that we would need to replace the entire unit.
Gibbons Service Tech was able to source OEM parts - the mother board and the 3 sensors/switches within 45 minutes from a local supplier.
From my own perspective I would rather replace what is necessary versus having to recycle the entire unit. Less harm to the environment. Darren

The installation team arrived on time and seemed very efficient at their job. My AC was up and running in just a few hours. I appreciated the check up they did before leaving. Mostly I appreciated the follow up check a few weeks later; although nothing went wrong, i think it says something about their standard of work. I highly recommend this business

Over all excellent customer service and installation. Brent is very personable and makes sure things are taken care of. The two men doing the install were awesome, they worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days. We are going to use them for our rental house maintenance and our own. I would highly recommend Gibbon Heating and Air Conditioning.
