I would highly recommend Furnaceguys! My basement flooded this winter which resulted in both the furnace and water heater needing replacement. From the first phone call, they were prompt, informative, helpful , friendly and efficient! My experience was really positive

I recently had a new furnace installed by the Furnaceguys (Karlin, Neb, and Jessee to be specific). They did an amazing job, especially considering the age of the house and equipment that they were replacing/integrating into. They arrived on time, and stayed late until the install was finished (including cleaning up everything after!)
Furnace works great and the install looks great. It was a great experience overall and I could not recommend this company enough!

I've used Furnace Guys for all of my furnace needs since a terrible experience with another company. Every service tech that I have met has been very knowledgeable and efficient. Today I met Mitch and it was easy to see that he's great at what he does. The issue was diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes with a thorough explanation of what was happening. Furnace burner stopped working at 8pm on a Wednesday night. It was -30 outside. They had a guy over to me 20 minutes after I called. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and had the parts needed to get it running again. Really great service.

Our furnace broke down at 9:30 pm on a night when the entire province had an extreme cold warning. Jesse and Mitchell of The Furnace Guys worked a miracle and had it up and running within a day! Jesse did a late night house call to diagnose the issue, and walked through our options really clearly. Mitchell came the next day with a new booster motor and had it installed before I knew it. Really great service, really helpful technicians. The house is warming up as I write this and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Furnace Guys!

Excellent top rate company. Dustin was absolutely outstanding and came through in a major way during an emergency in the middle of the night Boxing Day evening. We have a newborn and the blower motor quit when it was -28. Dustin responded to the call, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and even met with a parts distributor at 3am to get the exact blower motor we needed to get the furnace running (and he had pulled a 21-hr day). So at about 9 pm my furnace stopped working (or that's when the temperature had dropped so much inside that I noticed it wasn't working) and I had to call in a furnace technician to assess the issue. I tried one company and they couldn't have someone out until 7 am and then I tried the Furnace Guys and they had someone out within 30 mins. They were very personable and easy to talk with, explaining all my options and answering all my questions. My furnace is working great for the foreseeable future. I feel like they offered great expertise and service for what they charged me.

They have a great and helpful staff working there. My furnace went out during the night. They got a person here right away his name was Brady who was happy to help and make my furnace run efficiently again and quickly my daughter and my family are grateful. We had a great experience with the Furnaceguys. The owner ended up doing our assessment and he gave us lots of recommendations to ensure our new air conditioner was as effective as possible. When he realized we would need an electrician as well, he told us about someone he trusted to do the work for us and coordinate with his team. The installation was smooth and neat, no mess inside our house or in the yard. Overall, the communication was stellar and they even taught us some secrets of how to re-program our existing thermostat. Definitely the experts, we’ll be hiring them again.
